At this point the girl finally recovered some memory and recognized Obito's eyes.
"These are… the legendary Sage of Six Paths' eyes, the Rinnegan."
She was starting to believe Obito.
But her face still held hatred, "Even if you are the legendary Sage of Six Paths, so what? The whole shinobi world deserves to die!"
"Die for me!"
The girl's eyes, the three-scythe–like windmill pattern, began to turn.
In an instant Obito felt himself marked. The mark's effect was to control his chakra operations and, to some degree, interfere with his mind.
Sure enough, the crazier the Uchiha, the more terrifying their awakened ocular powers. Aside from Amaterasu earlier, this technique was the essence of this girl's Mangekyo.
