Touka Kirishima watched as her uncle's car disappeared from her sight. She finally snapped out of her daze. Meanwhile, Ryuji was already holding his sore neck where he had been kicked and complained, "Touka-chan, your kick was a bit too heavy!"
Now that Touka had regained her senses, she turned around and slapped Ryuji across the face.
But this time, Ryuji didn't let Touka succeed. Instead, he grabbed her wrist and complained, "Touka, can't you speak nicely?"
"Shameless!" Touka replied coldly.
"How am I shameless?" Ryuji asked back.
"You kissed my neck. According to human law, your behavior is a crime! You should be punished by law!" Touka responded.
"Well, you're not human either! {Ghoul}s aren't protected by human laws!" Ryuji shot back.
"So, you're just a shameless scoundrel!" Touka cursed again.
"I'm not shameless. I'm your boyfriend. Kissing you is perfectly normal," Ryuji said once more.
"You're not my boyfriend!!" Touka rejected outright.
"Then why did you say I was your boyfriend in front of that woman earlier? Even if we're not a couple, your words show that you like me!" Ryuji continued.
"I did that to prevent you from scheming on her. I was protecting her! I don't like you," Touka replied firmly.
"No, you don't let me get close to other girls. That means you like me! Your actions are all telling me that you like me," Ryuji directly confessed to Touka. He didn't really want to cheat on his own relationship, but Touka kept opposing him. Ryuji could only strike back at her; otherwise, if he interacted with other girls, Touka would ruin everything.
"I don't like you. You're just imagining things!" Touka still refused to accept Ryuji.
"Even so, I won't let any other guy touch you! The only man who can touch you is me!" Ryuji declared domineeringly, already prepared to hurt if necessary.
After saying that, Ryuji immediately pulled Touka into his arms.
"What are you doing?!"
Seeing this, Touka immediately started squirming in Ryuji's embrace, but he still refused to let go.
Ryuji wanted to use his own way to make her feel what it's like to be dominated.
"Behave, or if you move again, I'll kiss you," Ryuji threatened.
Touka wasn't someone who would easily submit, but then Ryuji kept kissing her repeatedly.
If it were another man, he probably wouldn't even get close to kissing her before she lost her temper.
Actually, Touka also wanted to beat him up, but she didn't know why her body seemed unwilling to listen to her.
Scared by Ryuji's rogue-style dominance, she finally started begging him, "I won't move anymore. Don't kiss me anymore. Can we keep some distance?"
Perhaps she felt that their relationship was already beyond repair. Since Ryuji was still relatively handsome, she silently accepted his advances.
Later, under Touka's lead, Ryuji bought all the necessities for daily life. But after what just happened, their relationship had become subtly complicated.
