Human food in a {Ghoul}'s mouth is like rotten, spoiled food—difficult to swallow and impossible to digest. If food accumulates in the body for too long, it can damage the {Ghoul}'s digestive system.
So, when Ryuji said he wanted to try, Touka thought it was like asking to eat shit.
In the end, Touka still bought a burger and packed it for Ryuji. Ryuji took the hot burger and expressed his gratitude, "Thanks!"
Then, Ryuji eagerly unwrapped the burger, and the fragrant smell immediately wafted out.
He took a deep breath and sighed, "Smells so good!"
Touka, standing beside him, didn't think the smell was that appealing, and her curiosity grew even more.
Ryuji quickly took a bite and started chewing.
The thing Ryuji worried about didn't happen—the taste buds of a {Ghoul} could indeed taste human food normally. This made Ryuji a little happy.
