"Then let's start with the basics." Harold nodded in appreciation before he also reached for the document he had prepared. He was carrying a bag with him when he went here. He took out several neatly organized documents and slid them across the table.
"This building has a total floor area of approximately 22,000 square feet spread over two levels. The parking lot can accommodate around eighty vehicles, and the loading area is accessible from the rear service road."
Gray and Mara opened the documents and skimmed through them as they listened to the words that Harold was saying.
"The electrical system was upgraded about three years ago," Harold continued. "Most of the plumbing was also replaced during James' renovation. Structurally, the building is in excellent condition."
"I took good care of the place while I was there. Any repairs that came up, I had them fixed immediately." James added to that.
