The next day, all four of us gathered at Silverfang's Dojo as he showcased his martial arts skills.
"That's interesting, but I don't think it suits my style. As you can tell, I favor a swordsman approach," I said, pointing to my sword.
"It could be worth trying. Maybe it's a good fit for me, especially with how close I am to the water element," Kushina pondered thoughtfully.
"I might give it a shot too. You never know when that could come in handy," Courtney chimed in.
"I'll pass. I'm more interested in raw power than technique," he replied, prompting the only other student to get angry.
"How dare you disrespect our style? I, the strongest student here, challenge you!" Before he finished, Genos grabbed him by the throat.
"I give," he gasped, and Genos released him.
Courtney looked disappointed. "So, you're saying that wasn't your top student?"
"Unfortunately," Silverfing responded.
"But I heard your dojo was thriving with talented fighters," I said.
"It was, until one of my best students went rogue, beating others so badly they never recovered. The others eventually quit," he explained with regret.
"What's his name?" Kushina asked curiously.
"Garo. Despite being my top disciple, I gave him a vicious beating once. It broke his spirit, and since then, I haven't been able to attract new students," he replied thoughtfully.
"Don't worry, we're interested in learning from you. I don't really have a fighting style—I just blitz and help win fights," Courtney admitted, recognizing her lack of technique.
"And I could use more combat experience. Maybe I can combine my chains with your style," Kushina considered, thoughtful about making her chains deadly.
"Chains? Sorry, I thought you were a sword woman," Silverfing said, noticing her sword on her back.
"I am. I meant these," she replied, extending her chakra chains from her arms.
"That's an interesting ability. If combined with my style, it would be deadly," Silverfing remarked, observing the sharpness of her chains.
Suddenly, the door opened as a voice announced, "Mr. Silverfing, a summons has been issued for all S-class heroes. Please report to the association headquarters now." The speaker looked exhausted, not in a business uniform.
"I think we should all go," I said. We nodded in agreement, carrying Kushina as we took flight toward City A, where the Hero Association building stood. Surprisingly, Silverfing arrived before us, cheerful.
We entered together, rode the elevator to the top floor, where a samurai-like figure awaited.
"Silverfang, it's been a while," greeted the hero.
"Indeed, Atomic Samurai," Silverfing replied respectfully.
"And you must be the elemental group, and little Tornado's brother," the hero said, glancing at us.
"Yes, we are. Has my sister arrived yet?" I asked.
Before I finished, I was tackled by a small green missile—my sister!
"Seriously!" I exclaimed, hugging her back.
"Isn't it normal for big sisters to miss their little brothers?" she teased, rubbing her chin against my well-toned chest.
"Yes, but can we get to the meeting? I have a feeling something bad is coming," I urged, leading her to release me as we entered the gathering of all the S-class heroes.
The chairman of the Hero Association then entered, looking tired.
"Sorry I'm late. There was a disturbance, and we don't know where Metal Knight or the top hero, Blast, are," he started.
"I might know where Blast is," I said, earning everyone's attention.
"You do? Can you tell him to come here?" the chairman asked.
"Let's just say he's out of range and unreachable by any common technology," I replied, causing surprise.
"I was planning to keep that a secret, but I travel to urgent dimensions—sometimes involuntarily. I've crossed paths with Blast during a training session. He helped me complete a mission but wouldn't reveal his destination," I explained, shocking the crowd.
"How do we even know what's true?" Child Emperor questioned.
"It's simple: this is Kushina Uzumaki. She's from another dimension, so you haven't encountered her before," I said.
"I find that hard to believe," Tank Top Master muttered.
"Don't believe me? Check the Hero Association database—you'll see she barely exists," I challenged, pointing to the robot.
"There's no info on her outside of her hero registration," confirmed the robot.
We diverted back to the urgent matter. "I've summoned you because you're the best, and now we must act to save Earth. But I warn you—despite your skills, survival isn't guaranteed. Walking away is an option, but staying means confinement until the threat ends—to prevent mass panic," the chairman warned.
"Whatever's happening, maybe we should all be here," Metal Bat suggested.
"The great seer, Madame Shibabawa, has died," the chairman announced, shocking everyone.
"Was she murdered?" Zombie Man asked.
"No. She ventured into the future for six months, became agitated, coughed badly, and choked to death while trying to take a cough drop," explained an aide.
"So we're just here to react without her predictions?" Super Alloy Darkshine questioned.
"No, she could only predict a few disasters over the years. When she foresees something, it's 100% certain—earthquakes, monsters, disasters. But her final prophecy indicates the Earth is in serious danger," the chairman said, revealing a hologram with the Earth in turmoil.
"Her predictions are always precise. That means a dragon-level threat or higher is imminent within six months," he added.
"So, we don't know exactly when? That makes planning tough," Flashy Flash remarked.
"Actually, it's less than a day—just five minutes from now, City A will be obliterated," I revealed, causing stunned silence.
"How do you know?" the administrator asked.
"Let's just say I'm more connected to this world than you are. I can feel an enormous spacecraft entering our atmosphere right now. You'd better activate your shields, because it just released something heading straight for the ground," I warned, just as a massive explosion shook the building.
"What was that?" the administrator shouted.
"That's the ship. It just wiped out everything inside and is now hovering right outside," I said.
"Please take this seriously. What's really happening?" Metal Bat pressed.
Using my abilities, I opened a whole so everyone could see outside. "Check out that gigantic alien ship," I said.
"Wow, you weren't joking," the Child Emperor marveled.
"I'll handle the ship's core. You focus on the ground forces," I commanded, flying straight into the vessel. I punched through its hull, landing inside.
Inside, I encountered strange aliens. I dispatched them swiftly with wind blades and my sword.
After battling for a while, I ran out of foes. Suddenly, an ominous voice echoed inside my mind.
"Intruder stop, or we'll destroy you. Surrender now," it trembled with nervousness.
"Judging by your Voice I can tell you're not the boss. Probably your second-in-command. Am I right?" I guessed confidently, sensing his hesitation.
"Where are you now, since you reached my mind? I'm a telepath too. Thanks for revealing your position," I taunted, destroying a door and finding the monster.
"How dare you attack our ship! The universe's power will ground you into sausage," he growled, preparing to attack. I easily stopped him.
"Did you not hear? I have telekinetic powers too. Your grip was weak, and I can overpower you," I smirked.
"We shall see. My gravity is five times that of this planet," he shouted, making me sink into the floor as every other monster in the world fell.
"How are you still alive?" he demanded.
"I've trained under five times gravity for a while. Thirty times might trouble me, but now it's your turn to die," I declared, firing a key blast at his head, destroying him instantly. The remaining crew members fled.
"I'll spare you if you tell me where your boss is," I threatened, grabbing their throats as they revealed his location. I rushed there using super speed, arriving at a massive door. I punched through it and paused in the middle.
"So, you're the big boss?" I challenged.
"Excellent. Let's exchange names before we fight. I'm Boros, the conqueror of the universe," announced the tall, armored, blue alien with purple hair and a single red eye.
"I'm Jake, S-Class hero, known as Cold Typhoon," I introduced myself.
This opponent's energy told me this would be a tough fight—probably as fierce as Goku's battle with Freeza at Super Saiyan level one, if not more.
"What do you want from Earth?" I asked, preparing for the inevitable fight, knowing I'd need every skill and ability I had.
"There is a prophecy," Boros declared.
"A prophecy about what?" I pressed.
"Long ago, I was a universal avenger—conquering and obliterating worlds. A seer once told me I'd be challenged by an impossible opponent. I was bored—thought it was a trick—until I sensed your presence. Now, I seek your aid in fulfilling this prophecy," he explained, peeing in front of me.
Without hesitation, I punched him, my fists coated in hockey. His armor shattered, and he was flung against the wall.
"Too easy," I muttered, sensing he wasn't defeated.
Boros revealed his true power. "This armor concealed my true strength, and now it's broken," he said.
As I prepared for the final fight—fusing my Avatar State with Kaio-ken times three, holding back my Super Saiyan form to avoid toll on my body—I braced myself for the battle to come.
