Bastet's tail swayed in smooth, delighted arcs behind her as she followed, ears perked, steps light.
And Aria… her hips moved with such exaggerated sway that if she had a tail, it would've been spinning like a propeller with how happy she looked.
Both women practically skipped after the warriors, giddy with the restored confidence Calypso planted in them.
But the other three remained behind.
Nyx let out a soft giggle, observing the red-skinned woman's features. "You're good with words, you know that?"
Calypso smiled and shrugged, utterly smug. "What can I say? I'm an amazing woman."
Luna snorted at that with a grin tugging at her lips. "I like the confidence. But tell me, do you actually believe what you said?"
Calypso nodded once. "I think so."
Nyx's smirk curled sharper. "But you don't believe Alice is someone we can as easily outshine as you made it sound… do you?"
Calypso's expression shifted immediately into a dry, resigned grimace.
