The secretary poured out her heart, stirring ambiguous vibes for quite a while, before remembering she still had to deliver some files to Asher Land in the meeting room.
"Oh no! I need to deliver the files to the boss, else I'm sure I'll get chewed out later," the secretary made a quick escape, "By the way, keep an eye on the boss's office door, don't let anyone barge in; Miss Smith hasn't found her clothes yet!"
"Got it, got it, don't worry."
The secretary sprinted all the way to the office, panting as she reached Asher Land, handing the files to him with utmost respect.
"What took you so long?" He shot the secretary a cold glance. "How can you be so inefficient even with a simple task like fetching files?"
"President Land, I'm sorry, I'm sorry," the secretary apologized repeatedly and, noticing Asher Land's displeasure, quickly brought out a shield, "Miss Smith was there when I entered the office..."
