The Dan Dao Sect was an extremely laid-back sect; everyone in the entire sect was either a Dan Fool or a Medicine Fool. Other than cultivating Spiritual Medicine and refining Elixirs, nothing else entered their eyes—a whole sect of hardcore shut-in tech nerds.
They couldn't care less about the storms of the outside world, no matter how they rose and fell. Within the sect there was never any scheming or backstabbing to speak of—after all, even time for Alchemy and planting herbs wasn't enough, who would still waste time playing mind games.
Moreover, the disciples of the Dan Dao Sect were not afraid of Great Cultivators in the least, because in this Cultivation World, aside from a few Great Cultivators who were themselves good at Alchemy, all the rest had, at one time or another, come begging the Dan Dao Sect to refine pills for them.
