Iris Harris sat on the iron bed, and suddenly heard the noisy commotion outside.
She stood up, looked out the window, and saw Vincent's figure appear on the dock. He grabbed someone by the collar and punched the person to the ground, shouting something wildly.
It was too far away for her to hear clearly, but judging by his gestures and demeanor, he seemed truly mad. Although this man usually looked ominous and eerie, he possessed his own pride and restraint. But at this moment, he seemed deranged, completely devoid of rationality.
Seeing Vincent going wild and none of his subordinates daring to approach him, Iris inevitably felt a bit nervous. Did something happen?
She swallowed slightly, cautiously retracting her gaze and sat back on the iron bed.
Vincent being so out of control scared her a little. This man wasn't supposed to be so uncalm; something intolerable must have happened to him for him to lose his reason and act in such an improper manner.
