A Note Before You Read
Welcome. These pages are deeply personal. They were written during my time in the psych ward, capturing my thoughts, fears, struggles, and small moments of clarity that helped me keep going.
I want to be honest with you: this journal contains mentions of suicidal thoughts and self-harm, discussions of mental health struggles, and some religious references tied to my own experiences. The entries are raw, sometimes heavy, and may be triggering. Please read with care, and give yourself permission to step away if it feels overwhelming.
I share these pages not to shock or scare, but to give a glimpse into what it's like to live inside a mind that is fragile, confused, but stubbornly alive. If you choose to continue, I hope you find understanding, connection, or simply the knowledge that someone else has walked through similar shadows and is still standing.
If at any point you feel unsafe or in crisis, please reach out:

If these words reach you, I hope they remind you that you are not alone, and that small steps forward—no matter how quiet or unseen—are still victories.
Take care of yourself. Be gentle. And remember: help is always out there if you need it.
—Xeron
