Meatius Maximus…
Being a Great Grandmaster reader of this novel, you would immediately know, that where there was Arroe… Gant, then the juiced-up savant - of the Jim Jun Ki Clan would also be at hand!!!
Meatius and Arroe had apparently built up a stereotypical 'grudging respect' for each other after their rub, tug and tussle on the World Ball dancefloor, and what's more, now they planned to settle the score, once and for all.
[As mentioned in Chapter 75 - relevant reference for the esteemed reader's eyes and to save their precious time]
"In the end, they [Meatius and Arroe] both lost consciousness at the same time, spending the rest of their World Ball experience keeping each other company in slumber. Needless to say, their sponsors weren't too happy, but in actual fact, it all turned out to be a blessing in disguise, although this would be a story for another chapter..."
This 'blessing in disguise', of course, was their much-anticipated upcoming showdown in the cage, the octagon, the ring - a much hyped-up event which made their sponsors sing… the Pay-Per-Views they hoped would be off the charts, so long as the two brawled on the stage with all their hearts - as well as with a hopefully satisfying display of their 'high level' Martial Arts…!!!
Right now, both of them had been deep in training for their highly anticipated bout, but whilst Meatius was confident that he would figure Arroe out, and get over the hump, Arroe - despite his proud facade - had fallen into a slump…
It was of course in such circumstances, that Mor Mun Ni made his advances…
___
"Hey Arroe, did you hear?"
Mor said with a greeting sneer.
Arroe appeared to return the salutation, as per his face's default configuration.
[In reality though, he was keeping an eye on his rival Meatius' moves, hoping that his training wasn't going too smooth…]
Mor continued, "Mate," he began to insinuate, "Valentine seems to find it funny, that your sword skills have gone down the dunny…" [1]

Arroe's moustache quivered, - Good, good… Mor thought - he was clearly livid!!!
"Oh? Really?! We'll soon see… it'll be a matter then of settling the payment fee…" Arroe muttered, chewing his lip - he couldn't afford to let this chance slip!
"Sorry, what was that, my dear old chap?" Mor pretended to act all nonchalant and breezy, whilst thinking to himself "Well that was easy…!"
Indeed. After this seemingly successful trick, Arroe had gone off, no doubt to brandish his stick…
-with Valentine, he surely had a… bone to pick!?
___
Valentine could immediately tell, that certain people did not intend well…
This was of course, due to the "Eyes of Rizz", which he had utilized earlier, taking in the dispositions of all those around him.
More importantly, he was currently attuned to Lucy's [Rizzmeter] and [Interest Meter], both of which were currently shining with a radiant, golden glow.
As a result, he noticed that his ongoing interaction with Lucy had significantly impacted the [Interest meters] of some of the people around them. In particular, there seemed to be one individual who had particularly possessive and clandestine Intentions towards the golden girl that the Plot had promoted…
Mor was now carefully waiting - for his opportunity.
After Arroe's baiting, he could act with impunity! Valentine would be distracted, and then his plan would be enacted - He would sweep in with an air of grace, to whisk away Lucy from that 'unsafe space', and… perhaps, maybe even take her away from this place…!!!"
-So it seems like someone over there has such sinister intentions when it comes to Lucy!?
Valentine was amazed, upon easily reading the random guy's intentions. T-This was what it felt like to be an MC in a cultivational novel?!?!
It was truly sickening. Would the plot just go from one face slap to the next?!?!
No… he thought. It was lame.
And that was when Arroe… came.
