Sasame had never been to Ryūchi Cave, and Ōtsutsuki Kaguya naturally hadn't either.

Although he could use Destiny Value to teleport, he didn't want to waste it.

Soon, he thought of an informant: the Slug Sage.

The one who benefited most from this matter was Sasame. But the second-biggest beneficiary was it. With Mount Myōboku's demise and Ryūchi Cave being suppressed, only Shikkotsu Forest remained intact among the Three Great Sage Regions. In the future, it would be the sole power. Although the Slug Sage didn't have such ambitions, it would indeed gain real benefits. Asking it for help was no big deal.

A contractor could only come to the Three Great Sage Regions through the Reverse Summoning Jutsu. But what about the Three Great Sages meeting each other? It certainly wasn't through this method. Therefore, there must be another way to reach the Three Great Sage Regions.

Summoning Jutsu!

Sasame formed hand seals and slammed his palm onto the ground. With a puff of white smoke, a half-human-sized slug was summoned. The smoke cleared, and it saw Sasame. Just as it was about to greet him, its body trembled. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya! It instinctively wanted to run, but then it remembered they were now partners. So it quickly stopped.

Its gentle voice rang out: "Lady Kaguya, Lord Sasame." The slug, being very pragmatic, placed Sasame second. One must know that the clones of the Slug Sage usually put the contractor first. Such a situation would never happen. But Ōtsutsuki Kaguya was a different story. After all, she had left a deep psychological scar on it back then. She was simply too powerful. And she wasn't just a slightly stronger enemy; she was an enemy with an immense power gap. But fortunately, they were friends now.

"Katsuyu, long time no see," Sasame greeted with a soft laugh. Its reaction just now was truly interesting. As for Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, she completely disregarded its presence. She looked at Sasame, and a ripple flashed in her snow-white eyes, seemingly thinking about how to get more compensation.

"It has been a while," Katsuyu said. The people who summoned it most often now were Shizune and Ino Yamanaka. Tsunade and Sasame barely summoned it. Truth be told, it was quite happy to be summoned today. It would be even better if Ōtsutsuki Kaguya wasn't here. Although she didn't show any malice, being stared at by a ferocious beast that could kill it at any moment was too much pressure. It was like going to a zoo; who could handle it without a glass wall?

"Why did you summon me today, Lord Sasame? Is something wrong?" Katsuyu asked in a hushed, very obedient voice. It knew Sasame's strength, so he certainly wasn't summoning it for a battle. And even if it were a battle, it wasn't its turn. The progenitor was here.

"To Ryūchi Cave and Mount Myōboku," Sasame said directly. "We can't find the way." Katsuyu's face hardened, and it even looked a little panicked. Has that moment finally come? It had already expected this when they first began cooperating. After all, Sasame had Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. And the Great Sage Toad foolishly used a prophecy to try and eliminate them. Plus, there were the old grudges from a thousand years ago. The day of reckoning would come eventually. It just hadn't expected it to be so soon. At the same time, it felt a little sentimental for the Great Sage Toad, who was about to die. Being so reckless really leads to trouble.A plain life is the real life.

Katsuyu had seen too much death in its thousand years and quickly regained its composure.

"Are you going to deal with Ryūchi Cave the same way as Mount Myōboku?" it asked, a little curiously. Because in their previous cooperation, Sasame had only mentioned destroying Mount Myōboku. Ryūchi Cave was barely mentioned. After all, the one causing trouble was the Great Sage Toad. The White Snake Sage, after Ōtsutsuki Kaguya was sealed, had basically not gotten involved in anything.

"No," Sasame shook his head. "I'm going to cooperate with it." Katsuyu's two antennae twitched. It said no more about that and simply said, "I'll take you to Ryūchi Cave now."

"We would only slow you down," Sasame took out a Flying Thunder God kunai. "Katsuyu, take this with you. I'll follow you later." Katsuyu recognized the Flying Thunder God Technique and nodded. Going to Ryūchi Cave alone would be faster and more comfortable. Thinking of escaping Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's presence, it bit the Flying Thunder God kunai and, with a poof, vanished. Its speed was quite fast.

"You scared it," Sasame said with a laugh.

"It's a coward," Ōtsutsuki Kaguya said, looking at him sideways.

"You're too powerful," Sasame looked at her delicate features and fair skin.

"Then why aren't you afraid?" Ōtsutsuki Kaguya countered.

Hmm, that's a very pointed question. How should he answer?Because I'm fearless? Because I'm infatuated with your body?Sasame thought for a moment. "It's probably because they only saw your power, and not your beauty."

Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's eyes narrowed, and she said calmly, "There's still time." Sasame didn't react before he was pulled into Amenominaka.

"..." Facing the rather difficult Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, he could only fight back with all his might.

Time flew by.

The Land of Snow's afternoon had arrived. The sky, once a blanket of white, was now tinged with a delicate pink. It looked quite delicious. Sasame looked at the sky, his mind completely blank. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, on the other hand, was looking at him, licking her lips and stroking her stomach, feeling a sense of bliss from head to toe.

Soon. Sasame came back to his senses. Katsuyu reappeared before him. It was a little smaller than the one from before. This was clearly another clone. Sasame felt that the Slug Sage's clones were probably similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu.

"Lady Kaguya, Lord Sasame," Katsuyu said in a soft, squishy voice. "Katsuyu has arrived at the entrance of Ryūchi Cave."

"Thank you," Sasame smiled, took Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's hand, and the two vanished.

When they opened their eyes again, they were in a rather desolate location. Ryūchi Cave, while called a cave, was actually not small. At the same time, white bones lay everywhere. Some were human, some were snake. Ryūchi Cave was the most brutal of the Three Great Sage Regions. Mount Myōboku's training for Sage Mode resulted in the trainees turning to stone. But here, failure meant becoming a feast for snakes. Even if one succeeded, summoning a snake required a hefty price. In this regard, it was even worse than Mount Myōboku. At least the toads' methods were gentler, and they were dutiful in battle. The only price was obedience.

"This is the outskirts of Ryūchi Cave," Katsuyu saw them and explained. "If you continue forward, you'll reach the temple where the White Snake Sage resides. But under normal circumstances, you can't just see it; you have to pass a trial."

"What kind of trial?" Sasame asked casually.

"It's the trial of the three Great Snake Princesses," Katsuyu explained. "The three Great Snake Princesses are Tagorihime, Tagitsuhime, and Ichikishimahime. After passing, you can meet the White Snake Sage and make a request, such as learning Sage Mode." The Three Great Sage Regions each had their own Sage Arts. And Ryūchi Cave had a special human-transformation jutsu. The three Great Snake Princesses were snakes that had transformed into human form and were the three high-ranking officials. It was interesting that these three Snake Princesses were a loli, a young girl, and a mature woman. Hmm, they were also quite ferocious. In his previous life, they would be called evil cultivators, not like Lady White Snake. As for the White Snake Sage, it could also transform into a human, but it was an old woman. The others, like Manda and Aoda, couldn't.

Sasame assumed it was because they lacked the talent to learn the human-transformation jutsu.

"Um... Lord Sasame, I won't be accompanying you," Katsuyu asked somewhat awkwardly. It was now a traitor and didn't want to deal with the White Snake Sage. When it was subdued, they would meet again, and things wouldn't be so awkward.

"Okay," Sasame nodded. Since he had found the location, Katsuyu wasn't essential. With a poof, Katsuyu returned to Shikkotsu Forest. Its speed was quite impressive.

"Let's go." Sasame walked forward. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya caught up and took his hand. Thanks to Sasame growing taller in the past two years, they didn't look as incongruous as before; they looked more like a couple. However, this place was not romantic at all. The two hadn't walked for long when they were surrounded by a swarm of snakes.

Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's Byakugan shook, and a blood mist rose. No matter what size the snakes were, they all died from a single look. This terrifying scene made the other snakes flee in panic.

"The two of you are too presumptuous." Along with the voice, a figure appeared before them. It was a young girl, more of a young woman, with a delicate face, long brown hair, and a golden crown. She wore a white robe, with three magatama-shaped green ornaments on her chest. When she spoke, one could vaguely see her sharp teeth and a blue tongue. It was worth noting that she was floating in mid-air.

"This one is Tagitsuhime. I am responsible for screening the humans who enter Ryūchi Cave." Tagitsuhime's eyes shifted, glancing at Sasame, and her gaze finally landed on Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. She didn't recognize her. After all, she hadn't been born a thousand years ago. The White Snake Sage also wouldn't mention the embarrassing past. However, because of Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's astonishing actions just now, she realized her strength was formidable. But Tagitsuhime didn't pay it too much mind. In her opinion, no matter how strong she was, she couldn't be stronger than Ryūchi Cave.

"We are here to visit the White Snake Sage," Sasame said with a smile. Tagitsuhime frowned. His nonchalant attitude displeased her. Moreover, they had just killed a large number of snakes. In an instant, she showed thick black eyeliner and a long tongue. Sasame finally witnessed the unpredictability of snakes. Tagitsuhime flew towards him, opened her mouth wide, and intended to bite his neck. This was her unique Sage Art: Binding. It could restrain an enemy and create a genjutsu.

"Don't kill her." Sasame said immediately. He was afraid that if he was a moment too slow, he wouldn't be able to save her. In fact, that was exactly what happened. The moment Tagitsuhime showed killing intent towards Sasame, an unimaginable pressure enveloped her. It made her body involuntarily go limp. The next second, Ōtsutsuki Kaguya grabbed her by the neck and lifted her up. The immense force made Tagitsuhime's eyes turn white. But compared to the pain of suffocation, she was more terrified by Ōtsutsuki Kaguya's strength. She had subdued her with just a gentle hand. Even the White Snake Sage might not be able to do that. In fact, she felt that the pressure she just felt was indeed stronger than her own. That was what made it so unbelievable.

At this moment, Sasame's words, "Don't kill her," finally came out. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya expressionlessly released her hand. Tagitsuhime fell to the ground, breathing heavily. At the same time, her face was filled with lingering fear and shock. What on earth was wrong with this woman? Why was she so powerful? It didn't make sense.

"Tagitsuhime, this attitude towards guests is not very good," Sasame squatted down and said.

"..." Tagitsuhime's heart trembled. "I'm... I'm sorry." There were things that snakes feared. Facing Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, who could subdue her at any moment, she immediately lowered her head, looking submissive.

"Lead the way." Sasame kicked her gently. Tagitsuhime dared not show her anger. She quickly got up. She couldn't do anything to Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, so she could only hope in the White Snake Sage.

Not long after, a magnificent temple came into view. In addition, two people were standing at the entrance. One was a loli, the other a young girl. Compared to Tagitsuhime, they looked much younger. But their attire was similar. Both wore white robes. The only difference was their hair color: one blue, one green.

"Tagitsuhime, did these two humans pass your trial?" the loli-like Ichikishimahime asked. At the same time, her eyes constantly scrutinized Sasame and Ōtsutsuki Kaguya.

"In that case, it's time for our trial," the young girl-like Tagorihime said, licking her lips. There were three trials, and all of them had to be passed. If they failed any one of them, they would be devoured. In other words, Tagorihime's appetite had been piqued. Because even if they only passed one trial, they would still be considered exceptional among humans. The more chakra they had, the more delicious they would be.

"They don't need to be tested anymore," Tagitsuhime gave them a look. "Let them go see the White Snake Sage." But her hint clearly didn't get through to the other two Snake Princesses. Because they were used to being lawless. Tagorihime's face turned grim, and black eyeliner and a long tongue appeared. At the same time, the scenery changed to a castle, with countless delicacies floating around. This was her Sage Art genjutsu: Item Transformation. If they ate the food, it would mean they failed.

But the next moment, the genjutsu vanished. Sasame opened his eyes and saw Ōtsutsuki Kaguya holding Tagorihime and Ichikishimahime by their necks. The two Snake Princesses' faces were red, their eyes filled with disbelief. Tagitsuhime's lips twitched. She knew this would be the outcome.

"What about them?" Ōtsutsuki Kaguya turned to Sasame, asking in a cool voice.

"They're still useful," Sasame quickly said. Because if he was a moment too slow, they would have died. Ōtsutsuki Kaguya released them. The two Snake Princesses fell to the ground.

"White Snake Sage," Sasame raised an eyebrow, turned, and looked at the back of the temple. "Since you're already here, why don't you show yourself?" Given the White Snake Sage's strength, it would be reasonable for it not to know what was happening at the border, but it was impossible for it not to know what was happening here.

The three Snake Princesses' faces all showed a look of joy. Because they also sensed the White Snake Sage's presence. A moment later, an old woman appeared. Orange hair, white robe. The three Snake Princesses quickly hid behind her.

"White Snake Sage, you must avenge us!" The loli-like Ichikishimahime's small face was filled with hatred.

"Shut up!" the White Snake Sage said, her gaze fixed on Ōtsutsuki Kaguya. Her body trembled. Ichikishimahime looked dazed after being scolded. She had no idea why. The other two Snake Princesses were the same.

"You... you... are...?" The White Snake Sage stammered. As for Sasame, he was temporarily forgotten by her.
