Today, we're going over Pioneers, the strongest Z Rankers, and how Story Ranks really work. 🎡✨🎨
What are Pioneers?
They are those granted the title of best in their genre, theme, species, or area of mastery, and this title is given by the Story System or the All Seeing Eye itself. 🏅🌈
It means your Story has been recognized as the best in the Story World in that category. Beyond fame and respect, it also grants certain special abilities (which we won't go into here). Naturally, only Z Rankers can become Pioneers.
Some examples of known Pioneers include:
Pioneer of Fantasy: [Last Emperor] 🌌✨ — member of the Council of Eight and among the top ten strongest in the Story World.
Pioneer of Dragons: [Dragon King] 🐉🔥 — another Council of Eight member, also among the top ten strongest.
A candidate for Pioneer of Heroism: [Last Note of Black] ⚔️💙 — not officially a Pioneer yet, but most Players agree he could very likely earn the title.
Are the Rankings of the Top Strongest Z Rankers in the Story World correct?
Unfortunately, no. ❌📊 The rankings are estimates created by the Blue Trade Organization after analyzing available data, but they are not absolute.
Some Z Rankers have only revealed their full strength once, while others have fought many times. ⚡🌀
Many Z Rankers have grown stronger since their last recorded battle, making it impossible to truly rank them.
And abilities can drastically change outcomes; some powers cannot be measured, like silencing all living beings nearby, giving an unbeatable advantage in certain scenarios.
In short, we can guess, but no one can confirm definitively who is the strongest. Rankings are an educated estimation at best. 📏🌈
Can Borrowed Stories or Sponsored Ones reach beyond A Rank?
No, they cannot. 🚫📖 Borrowed or Sponsored Stories can never surpass the Original Story's Rank.
If you borrow a C Rank Story, your max Rank is C.
Borrowing from an S Ranker does not automatically let you reach S Rank either, because reaching higher Ranks requires controlling the Story and creating a Domain — impossible if it's not originally yours. 🏰✨
Only Original Stories and Inherited Stories can reach beyond A Rank, up to Z Rank.
Inherited Stories are fully yours once obtained, which is why they can rise beyond A Rank. ⚔️🌌
