Once work hours were over, Selina picked up her bag, swinging it across her arm while her gaze stayed fixed on Clarissa through the large, transparent glass panel that separated their office spaces like an invisible wall.
Watching her sister redo her makeup with a mini mirror in hand, Selina could tell Clarissa was preparing to leave the company as well.
She wasn't in the mood or energy to take the stairs this time as she waited behind intentionally.
That's enough, Selina thought sternly.
