The next day, Ye Chen woke up from his meditation. He had spent the entire night cultivating according to the new technique he created with the help of the Enlightenment Card.
Surprisingly, despite not having rested in the traditional sense, he didn't feel tired at all. On the contrary, he felt refreshed, as though his body and soul had been completely rejuvenated.
He immediately opened his Diary and began a new entry.

[The technique I created works almost exactly like the Heavenly God Technique. It allows me to refine my Soul Power, increasing its quality over time. It also improves my physique, albeit at a slower pace compared to my Soul Power refinement.]
[Even more importantly, this technique boosts the efficiency with which I absorb various rare resources—Whale Glue, Soul Beast Meat, Mystic Water Pills, Spirit Ascension Pills, Immortal Herbs—everything. I get 100% absorption efficiency.]
[In the later stages, it will also help me attune more deeply to the world around me, letting me sense the laws and secrets of Heaven and Earth more easily.]
[Unlike the original Heavenly God Technique, which only worked for attributeless cultivators, mine can be practiced by anyone, similar to the Mysterious Heaven Technique. And increasing the absorption efficiency of rare resources like medicinal baths, soul beast meat, and pills like the Soul Ascension Pill? That was the dream of every cultivator across the continent.
Just these three points were enough to highlight the outrageous effects of Ye Chen's cultivation technique. It was a technique that all major powers of the world would go to any length to obtain.
But for those who did understand the final point, figures like Zhang Lexuan, the three God Realm Goddesses, two of the Arctic Great Kings, and other high-level experts, what Ye Chen had achieved was nothing short of groundbreaking.
Becoming a Titled Douluo wasn't all that rare, given enough talent, resources, and some luck. Similarly, Soul Beasts with good bloodlines, luck, and enough time could reach the 100,000-year level.
But breaking past that—into the realm of Super Douluo, Limit Douluo, or transcending to the Divine Realm—required far more than talent. It demanded insight, enlightenment, and a deep understanding of one's Martial Soul and the world itself. For Soul Masters, advancing from Rank 95 to 96 could take decades, or even centuries, of effort and opportunity normally.
Similarly, after reaching the Cultivation Age of 100,000 Years, Soul Beasts are required to undergo Heavenly Tribulations every 100,000 Years to live and progress further. Very few Soul Beasts possess the capability to survive the tribulations by relying on just their bloodline. Most have to rely on external help to survive their Tribulations, like having an Emperor Auspicious Beast in their habitat or having a stronger Soul Beast help them overcome the Tribulations.
For Ye Chen to say that his Heavenly God Technique had the capability to help Soul Masters to attune themselves more deeply to the world, letting them sense the laws and secrets of heaven and earth more easily, he was basically saying that his newly created technique was capable of helping anyone with decent Innate Soul Power level reach the Super Douluo rank.
And if this technique could truly be cultivated by Soul Beasts capable of assuming Human Form, then it would also be of huge help to them in surviving their Heavenly Tribulations. After all, the tribulations are a law of heaven and earth. By understanding it, they could have a better chance of surviving it.
At that moment, nearly every Diary Copy Holder had the same thought: I need this technique.
Whether it was by trading, persuasion, or more forceful means; they all wanted it.
But the rules of the Diary System were clear; Diary Copy Holders were strictly forbidden from harming Ye Chen or revealing Diary's existence in any way.
