Tongue shrugged lazily as she stretched her arms up and yawned. "It's a star."
Razeal froze.
"…a star?" he repeated slowly, blinking twice. As in… an actual star? Like those giant flaming celestial bodies burning in space that could melt entire planets?
Tongue nodded without hesitation. "A star."
Razeal's eyes twitched. "Like? What do you mean?"
He genuinely needed clarification because there was no way she meant what he thought she meant. It couldn't be literal, right? It should be metaphorical. Symbolic. Some weird cosmic energy compressed into a bead or whatever.
Tongue pointed behind him casually, waving a finger through the cosmic space like it was just background wallpaper. "Like real one. Look at that. Just like those ones." She gestured toward the floating galaxies and stars scattered around the space they stood in. "I just shrank one into this size."
