Cindralis didn't continue speaking immediately. She allowed the students to enjoy the feeling of receiving such an amount of points for free. After two minutes, she continued.
"As this is a reward from me to everyone, I don't want to see anyone bullying another student for their reward. Such an offense would result in immediate expulsion and nothing else." She stated, as she knew exactly how human nature was. They might be happy now, but they would never truly be satisfied.
To her, she was sure some would certainly make a move, and when that time came, she would cripple them, then expel them.
Some people who had already made plans to bully their usual targets could only frown and click their tongues at Cindralis's words, but they dared not disobey.
