Gohan eliminated King Cold with overwhelming superiority. Just like his father, he obliterated the Frost Demon with a devastating ki wave until nothing remained. King Cold stared in disbelief as death claimed him, unable to comprehend why each Saiyan seemed stronger and more unexpected than the last.
If given another chance, he would never have foolishly targeted Gohan—the boy was far too terrifying.
Vegeta watched Gohan's energy dissipate and snorted coldly. "What are you doing here? You stole my opponent."
"Sorry, Uncle Vegeta. Uncle Piccolo asked me to check another area, and I happened to be nearby when I sensed this," Gohan scratched his head sheepishly. "That person attacked me first..."
"Hmph, enough excuses. Father and son are exactly alike."
Vegeta tossed out that parting comment and flew off in another direction.
Gohan watched Vegeta depart, understanding his personality well enough to simply smile awkwardly before heading toward other threats.
Suddenly, a telepathic message echoed in his mind—Raditz's voice. "Gohan, be on the lookout for Cell. Take him down quickly."
"Understood, Uncle Raditz. What about you?"
"I have a different opponent. This chaos originated in the underworld, so I'm going there to eliminate the source."
"I see. Leave things here to us."
After establishing the general strategy, Raditz teleported to the Grand Kai, ready to confront the true culprit—Janemba.
At this moment on Earth, both Gohan and Goku had reached Super Saiyan 3, while Vegeta and Piccolo—though one level behind—were still nearly invincible. Combined with Nappa, Turles, Pepara, and the Earth's other warriors, it didn't matter what terrifying characters had escaped from the underworld! With this confidence, Raditz departed for the afterlife.
Just after Raditz teleported away, a dark shadow descended near his home with three companions. The leader was a tall man wearing a turban, a prominent scar marking his face. His followers regarded him with respectful awe.
Bojack, Bido, Bujin, and Kogu.
"Boss, Raditz is gone," one reported.
"Perfect timing. With that annoying bastard absent, no one can stop me!" Bojack snarled, murderous intent radiating from his entire form.
He approached with his three subordinates, all raising their arms and concentrating energy spheres aimed at Raditz's home.
At Bojack's command, all four launched their attacks simultaneously. Four blazing orbs streaked through the air in deadly arcs. Brilliant light illuminated the sky as fierce winds whipped around them, accompanied by tremendous vibrations!
"Haah!" Just as the energy blasts were about to strike the house, a powerful figure burst from within. Android 16's arm split into two sections, firing a massive energy beam that intercepted and neutralized the bombardment.
Immediately after, Android 18 and Zangya leaped out from either side, launching ki waves in a pincer formation. More than a dozen energy blasts elongated and fell rapidly, piercing the ground with dazzling brilliance.
The tremendous explosion engulfed Bojack and his crew in billowing smoke and dust, but moments later the clouds erupted outward, revealing all four villains standing completely unharmed.
"It's you!" Zangya gasped in shock.
The Bojack before her was the same villain who had terrorized New Vegeta and nearly dragged her into the abyss. His presence ignited Zangya's fighting spirit. Though gentle by nature, when truly angered, she could shake the world itself. She was Raditz's woman!
But Bojack remained dismissive, grinning coldly. "So you do remember me! Hahaha, I'm here for revenge, demon woman of Tirannva!" His eyes gleamed with murderous intent as he stared at Zangya.
His powerful form shot forward, throwing a devastating punch directly at her face.
Cold killing intent erupted suddenly—Bojack had no interest in playing games. He wanted to eliminate his enemies instantly, knowing he couldn't afford to waste time before Raditz returned. However, Zangya's strength had improved tremendously. She miraculously dodged his attack and delivered a kick to Bojack's face!
After landing the counter, Zangya pressed her advantage, slashing with knife-hand strikes more than ten times. Lights and shadows flickered repeatedly as powerful blade-shaped energy crescents cut through space toward Bojack.
Bojack was genuinely shocked. He hadn't expected the woman's progress to be this dramatic, forcing him into a purely defensive position.
The storm-like energy blades slashed at his body. His aura deflected part of their cutting force, but the impacts still weren't negligible. Bojack found himself retreating, seemingly at a disadvantage!
All of Bojack's subordinates immediately engaged, with Android 16 and Android 18 each taking on one opponent. But this left Kogu free to assist Bojack.
"Mommy, be careful!" Suddenly, a child's voice called from the house.
It was a clear, youthful voice that made Kogu turn his head. The child appeared to be about seven years old, watching the battle with obvious worry. Beside the boy stood a tall, thin man with black hair who seemed oddly vacant. Kogu paused momentarily, but when he realized the man showed no threatening behavior, evil thoughts immediately surfaced.
The child had called Zangya "Mommy"—this must be Raditz and Zangya's son! What a prize!
"Kill that kid first!" Bojack shouted as well. He deflected Zangya's assault with an energy wave that forced her backward into a defensive position.
Without his demon realm power boost, Bojack possessed only early Super Saiyan 2 level strength—insufficient to quickly defeat Zangya. But with her attention divided by the attack on her son, Zangya grew frantic. Nothing could happen to Rukon!
Following Bojack's orders, Kogu flew toward the child. He drew his sword and streaked forward, his blade energy casting vast light and shadow that split the entire house in half. The ground suddenly cracked open with a massive fissure.
The murderous aura was so overwhelming it sent chills down everyone's spines.
Rukon sensed the danger and quickly dodged, crying out in fear.
Kogu showed a cold smile. "Screaming won't help you—go to hell!" He followed up with another sword strike aimed at the boy's head, the super-speed blade penetrating space faster than the eye could follow.
CLANG!
The sword stopped with a crisp metallic sound.
Not only did the sword halt—time itself seemed to stand still. Tremendous energy surged and rolled, suppressing everything in the vicinity. The combatants were blown away by the shockwave and sent flying into the distance!
Everyone looked over in stunned silence.
They saw an incredibly muscular man with green hair blocking Kogu's sword with his bare arm, his flesh and blood shattering the blade completely. His eyes remained blank and serene.
Broly!
At the critical moment, Broly had explosively released his power and positioned himself in front of Rukon. His aura shocked everyone present!
He appeared tall and simple when not displaying his strength, but when he exploded into action, he was more terrifying and domineering than any Super Saiyan.
Kogu's heart went cold, but immediately afterward, Broly lunged forward with a roar, grasping the villain's head with one massive hand and crushing it!
CRUNCH!
Blood sprayed across the sky as emerald energy surged. Kogu was simply... dead.
Bojack and his remaining subordinates felt their throats constrict as cold sweat dripped unconsciously down their faces.
