Hearing Gelda's orders, everyone said, "Understood, ma'am."
As Mavia was defeated by Asten, it was Vexus before him. He said, "You are the Grandmaster of the Knights. You are supposed to know better than to pick on the weak." As it was him who was engaging Asten.
Now Lia was engaging Thalorin. Eldrie placed his feet on the ground. The ground 1 inch from the ground in the capital was frozen solid. Eldrie said, "I won't allow you to get in Liebe's way."
Lara tied everyone up with her strings. Lara said, "Move and you die. My strings will sever your throats. You can't survive that."
The tide of the battle changed in a way where Liebe couldn't lose.
As Liebe faced Greed:
Greed said, "See now, Faust? The nation hates you. You fought for this nation hundreds of times, yet they threw you away without a second thought the moment they heard 'devil.' They found the excuse to hate you. They always hated you. And Lilith Faust wanted to kill you most of all. They will never value you. To them, you will always be a half-breed. Look at it. Join us, Faust. We will value you."
Liebe said, "Vesta Grand Strike!" As the attack injured Greed.
Liebe said, "I hate this nation more than anything. But I fight for my dad's memory. For the memory of my grandfather. I fight for my own dreams. And right now, you are in the way."
Greed said, "I see. It appears trying to show you the way truly was pointless." As he tried to turn around to escape, it was Licht.
Licht said, "Where the hell are you going?" As he tried the other way, it was Gelda.
Gelda said, "Face your death, weakling. You will die by Liebe's hands."
Liebe said, "I won't allow you to escape."
As Greed tried to attack, Liebe removed his hand with his sword.
Greed said, "Faust—"
As Liebe was shot in the back, it was Aila.
Aila said, "Continue, Faust, and you will perish. I can end you now."
As it was Lilith:
Lilith said, "Go on, immortal, and you will be the next to perish."
Aila said, "You—"
Lilith said, "Abyssal Gate!" As four Abyssal Gates surrounded her and chained her.
Lilith said, "Spike!" As the chains became spiked.
Lilith said, "You immortals can't die, but you aren't immune to pain. And I will make you feel every bit of pain a thousandfold over. Abyssal Drag!" As Aila was pulled through the Abyssal Gates, her limbs turning to dust. But as she was partially turned in, she was regenerating.
Aila said, "Damn you, immortal killer!"
Lilith said, "That's right. I'm the only one who can kill immortals. No matter how immortal you are, nothing for you to regenerate from if not a single cell survives."
As Greed slowly regenerated his hand, Liebe pierced him with his swords and charged forward with his swords.
Greed said, "Faust, what the hell are these flames? Why do they burn so much?"
As Liebe crashed into the castle with Greed still being stabbed, now Greed was the one pinned into the Eldoria Logi in the castle. As Liebe kept punching him harder and harder:
Liebe said, "You bastard! This is for Alysa. This is for my team. This is for my own side. Now, Dark Magic: Vesta's Blackest Star!" As he kept punching him harder and harder. By this point, the punches that had defeated Lady Mikhail were making the castle itself shake.
Frey said, "Great. Liebe is losing it. Well, I have my orders to save this trash of a child, and Claire can handle the princess and Guilford."
As Liebe's fists were glowing with the flame, everyone could see Liebe.
Eldrie said, "Is that—"
Lara said, "The Lord is fighting. Liebe is alright."
Lia said, "Liebe is safe."
As Asten saw this, Asten said, "No, that idiot will end up destroying the castle with the princess."
Vexus said, "Don't leave me out of this, old man."
Asten said, "We both know you can't beat me, Vexus."
Vexus said, "You are right. But this can. Lightning Magic: Darkest Storm!" As from the sky, thunderclouds surrounded the capital as it began to strike black thunder.
Asten said, "What is this?"
Vexus said, "This is my Grand Black. Now, Lightning Magic: Grand Black—Cleanse!" As he punched Asten.
Asten said, "Gradient Magic: 9 Realm Punch!" As their attacks clashed, Vexus came out on top. Asten was on the ground. He smiled and said, "Good to see young people like you are still rising. I'm just an old man."
As Liebe was punching Greed, Greed wasn't regenerating.
Greed said, "What is this? Why do these flames hurt so much? Why am I not regenerating? What the hell is this?"
Meanwhile, far away: "Faust, you are awake. Someone is killing my servants."
In Eldoria, Lilith said, "This is goodbye, Aila. Immortal you may be. Eternal Abyss Strike!" As the Abyssal Gate kept her in place and the Orb of Dominance turned her to nothing with a black hole.
As Greed was on the brink of death, he thought, What is this freak? He has been facing princes all night, yet how can he still have so much power?
As dark marks appeared on his face again and the flames turned black, each impact was now being felt around the capital. Every knight in the capital could feel the immense magical power.
Alex said, "What the hell is this magic power? It's comparable to Lilith."
Jewel said, "No, it's more comparable to Domr than Lilith."
Alex said, "Huh? How the hell does he still have so much magical power?"
Jewel said, "I don't know. But these bright black flames—something is off."
Pride said, "Liebe, I surrender. Please let me go. Show justice. Take me in."
Liebe said, "Justice?" As he smiled a wicked smile and punched hard enough to destroy the castle emblem. Greed was punched through.
Liebe said, "The word 'justice' doesn't exist in my dictionary."
As Greed was on the floor, Liebe grabbed him by the collar and punched him hard. Now both swords were on the ground. Liebe stabbed him again and pushed him through the castle as he was slammed and pinned against the walls of the capital. Liebe didn't stop.
Greed said, "Please, show mercy."
Liebe said, "Mercy? Mercy? You didn't show mercy to Alysa. You didn't think twice before taking Gaia. You didn't think twice before making me face my mother. You deserve to die now."
As the punches got more extreme:
Greed said, "Please show mercy. I beg you."
Liebe said, "This one is for Alysa. Vesta's Purest Hatred!" As he punched Greed one more time in the face. He was no more.
"Abyssal Gate! Not even your corpse deserves to survive." As it was swallowed by the Abyssal Gate, turning it all to dust.
Afterwards, Liebe screamed, "What the hell is this? I did it! Alysa, I did it! Gaia! Why the goddamn hell am I not feeling better?"
As he came down and surrendered while he was put in handcuffs by Asten:
Lia said, "Liebe, just tell me. I will break these."
Liebe said, "No."
Eldrie said, "Lord, please don't do this."
Liebe said, "Eldrie, stop."
As everyone was crying seeing Liebe surrender, Lilith couldn't face Liebe or look him in the eye.
As Liebe was taken back to Arcame Prison. In prison, in solitary confinement, Horn came.
Horn said, "Liebe, good to see you survived."
Liebe said, "Sadly, I did. I wish I would have died."
Horn said, "I still require you to live in order to fulfill our contract."
Liebe said, "I know."
Horn said, "On the unfortunate side, I wasn't enough to best Asten. I had to use my true form or a hybrid variant, at least."
Liebe said, "What? Asten saw your true form? How? Your true form is larger than Eldoria itself."
Horn said, "I used my hybrid form. But I couldn't leave witnesses, so I had to use Malvoth's power to alter his memories."
Liebe said, "You little snake. But for now, leave. I need time." As Liebe screamed, "What the hell is this?" As he smashed the wall. He thought, The full moon really does look beautiful tonight. Just like you, Alysa. Maybe in the far away future, you can smile. As he went to his prison bed, looking at the moon.
Meanwhile, in Black Rose HQ:
Eldrie said, "What happened, Gelda?"
Lara said, "We want to know."
Vexus said, "Why the hell is the captain keep changing her mind?"
Lia said, "Liebe is innocent."
Gelda said, "Liebe is innocent. In 2 weeks will be Liebe's trial in the capital, with every captain present."
Gelda said, "We will ensure Liebe is innocent."
Licht said, "Shut up with that crap. If Liebe wanted to escape, there is not a single prison in this nation that can hold him. He is not in the right place. But the captain made the bad situation worse, and Liebe must be mad right now. And he is in prison of all places. There is no telling what Liebe might do. The best we can do is well, let him know we are here and send gifts daily and stuff."
Eldrie said, "I suppose so."
Licht said, "Liebe went to prison and locked the door himself. There is no telling how badly he is messed up on the inside."
