Chapter 431 - KWM Chapter 430 Class

Brie and Ritz exchanged glances, nodded, and said, one cat, one sentence:

"We know, it's something from your Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom."

"It requires five or more Priest of Light to pray to the deity for energy, and it can only be used ten times before needing to be recharged again."

Seeing their clear answer, Leyton nodded slightly, not too surprised, then chuckled and said:

"We can completely use the main ingredients of the Priest of Light's potion as energy. As long as the characteristics are not lost, there's no need to consider recharging."

Brie, while modifying the blueprint with a quill, said:

"Priests of Light are Sequence 5. Just one ingredient costs four to five thousand pounds. Even if we sold ourselves, we couldn't afford it."

Leyton smiled indifferently and then said:

"If you have characteristics from the Sun or Storm pathways, can you turn it into an energy supply device?"

"Just like how Priest of Light charge the Purification Cannon."

"It's not a question of whether we can do it. To achieve the effect you're describing, it would require at least demigod-level characteristics, or multiple Priest of Light characteristics."

Brie's tone was helpless; such a wild idea was simply asking too much of a cat.

Ritz nodded in agreement and said:

"We are just mechanical experts. What you're talking about, at least an Alchemist, or even a Seeker of Mysteries, could do."

Leyton thought seriously for a moment, then pondered:

"I understand. After you've created Blitz, I can give you some low-sequence characteristics to practice with. If it's achievable, I'll find a way to get a demigod-level characteristic."

"Where would you get a demigod-level characteristic?" Ritz subconsciously looked up and retorted.

"Of course, from the Church of the Lord of Storms and the Eternal Blazing Sun Church. The characteristics of these two pathways are concentrated in their hands."

As soon as Leyton explained, he saw Brie and Ritz, the two cats, widen their eyes and look at him, then exchanged glances with each other, communicated with their eyes for a moment, and then tacitly moved back two steps.

Leyton swept an exasperated glance at the two cats, then simply lowered his head to eat the biscuits on the table, occasionally sipping coffee.

Around three in the afternoon, West Balam time, Leyton returned to Paz Valley First Technical University and went directly to the classroom where Miss Glenn had taught that morning.

All the students from that morning were still sitting in the classroom, quietly flipping through the books in front of them. Leyton glanced around; these books were precisely the ones he had brought that morning.

His gaze swept around the classroom, and his eyes quickly noticed Ethan, who was sitting by the window. He asked with some curiosity:

"Why are you here too?"

"As a Warlock, I'm also very curious about this system of spellcasting, and I'm hoping to learn one or two useful small spells. I've always tried to develop some spells myself."

"Alright, esteemed Mr. Tines, please begin your class now!"

Ethan chuckled in response, then sincerely pointed to the small blackboard behind Leyton and said.

Leyton shrugged, not caring whether the other party was there to listen to the lecture or to support him. He scanned the classroom, seeing curiosity, doubt, and even some anticipation in everyone's eyes as they looked at him.

A class taught by an angel in the morning and a saint in the afternoon; no one would believe it if you told them. Sighing inwardly, he turned and wrote his name on the small blackboard behind him, giving a brief self-introduction.

After his self-introduction, without waiting for questions, he immediately began his lecture:

"I believe you all already know about the Spirit World Sorcerer system. As its name suggests, this is a system based on the Spirit World. Related content will be explained to you by the clergy of the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom. I will simply introduce you to the Spirit World."

"First, we can confirm that the Spirit World truly exists. It is another world interwoven with various information, completely overlapping with the real world, yet not interfering with each other. One must rely on Beyonder powers to break the barrier."

"The Spirit World involves the transcendent 'I', the infinite 'I', and the cosmic 'I'."

"It's difficult to explain this to you by force; you can only experience it yourselves as you have more contact with it in the future. Perhaps each of you will develop your own insights."

A tall boy of about seventeen or eighteen, sitting in front of Leyton, raised his hand hesitantly. After receiving Leyton's signal, he asked in somewhat unfamiliar Intis:

"Mr. Tines, Miss Pars told us about divination this morning, and she also mentioned the Spirit World, saying it's the source from which we receive revelations during divination."

"Uh, sorry, I've said too much. What I wanted to ask is, for the Spirit World, Beyonders are still exploring it, and there isn't a very clear conclusion, is there?"

Leyton was somewhat surprised by the question. After sizing up the other party slightly, he chuckled and said:

"In the Beyonder world, knowledge is not as freely circulated as you might imagine. In the Beyonder domain, knowledge itself possesses power, which also leads to limitations in its dissemination."

"Furthermore, knowledge is never something that can be obtained for free. Just like you now, you gain knowledge, but you also have to bear corresponding obligations."

"Heh, I've strayed too far. Back to your question. Regarding the Spirit World, there must be a clear conclusion. After all, among the existing great beings, including Concealment beings, there is one who is the Dominator of the Spirit World."

"The Dominator of the Spirit World? There's such a great being? Why have I never heard of him?"

Ethan frowned and looked at Leyton. He had been somewhat worried that the other party would heavily promote the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, attempting to gain the faith of these people. He hadn't expected the other party to steer the topic towards an unknown hidden being. Is this guy really not an Aurora Order spy infiltrating the Church of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom?

"You will know in the not-too-distant future. His followers are not too many, and he is not currently proselytizing widely."

Leyton gave Ethan a reassuring look, then continued:

"The system of drawing power from the Spirit World cannot bypass him. You will inevitably come into contact with him and the organizations that believe in him in the future."

As soon as he finished speaking, a slightly older young man, appearing to be twenty-three or twenty-four, immediately raised his hand and asked:

"Will this bring danger? Miss Pars mentioned to us this morning when teaching mirror divination that establishing contact with an unknown hidden being is a very dangerous thing."

Leyton chuckled, following the other's words:

"Generally, no. In fact, when you encounter some trouble, you can even try to seek his help. Following the principle of equivalent exchange, you only need to pay compensation. This can be gold pounds, or some knowledge, or some mystical items, as long as it's equivalent to the help received."

"Of course, if someone commits an act of blasphemy, they will inevitably be punished by God."

"Mr. Tines, can we… know who he is?"

The boy who first questioned Leyton couldn't hold back his curiosity and asked again.

Is this guy really a follower of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom? Promoting a hidden being so openly, it feels even more active than promoting the God of Knowledge and Wisdom. Ethan leaned against the wall, his eyes narrowed as he looked at Leyton. Remembering that Miss Glenn had said this morning that the other party was a Blessed of "Knowledge," he felt some suspicion.

Leyton paused for two seconds. Seeing that Ethan had no intention of stopping him, he then answered the previous question:

"He calls himself The Fool, the great ruler who dominates the Spirit World, and also the King of Yellow and Black Who Holds Good Luck, and even the eternal beacon pursued by every living being, residing above reality and the Spirit World. Currently, there are six angels serving by his side..."

After introducing The Fool, the students in the classroom, including Ethan, fell into contemplation.

Leyton's gaze swept around, sighing inwardly. I remember my original intention was to increase my anchors, how did it turn into promoting Klein's name...

"The Fool... Mr. Pulak once mentioned this hidden being to me. He said that members of the Aurora Order had extensively searched for his Favored and followers in Backlund."

Ethan murmured softly to himself, then turned his head to Leyton as if seeking confirmation.

Leyton nodded gently, confirming the other's guess:

"Yes, there are his Favored in Backlund."

Miss Justice and Miss Magician, as well as Mr. Moon, and the future Mr. Star, are all in Backlund. Every member of the Tarot Club can be considered Klein's Blessed, including himself.

After a slight pause, he tapped the small blackboard behind him twice with his finger, making a thudding sound.

After the students' attention returned to him, he continued:

"Let's continue with our topic. I will introduce you to several relatively safe and very practical Spirit World creatures."

The students' interest in the classroom was immediately piqued, and even Ethan straightened his posture slightly, appearing to be listening intently.

Leyton didn't stop and immediately began:

"The first type of Spirit World creature is called White Paper. They are very weak Spirit World creatures, appearing as nearly transparent, blurry bubbles."

"Aside from their inherent characteristic as Spirit World creatures that makes them difficult for ordinary people to see, they have only one characteristic: they can bear a certain Beyonder ability of the contractor, but it cannot be too strong or too complex."

"Weak spells don't mean they're impractical. This is just right for novice Spirit World Sorcerers."

As soon as Leyton finished speaking, soft exclamations and some whispered discussions broke out in the classroom:

"How amazing!"

"There are such Spirit World creatures, truly like white paper used to record information!"

"I really want to summon one of these 'White Papers' right now..."

After letting the students discuss for a moment, Leyton gently tapped the small blackboard behind him again. Once the surroundings quieted down, he began to introduce today's second type of Spirit World creature:

"The second type of Spirit World creature is called Knowledge Rabbit. They are also relatively weak Spirit World creatures. They are quite friendly to humans and have a natural craving for knowledge, rarely refusing a summons."

"At the same time, they also possess a lot of knowledge, can speak and write, and are proficient in multiple languages. They can quickly extract key points from a large amount of knowledge. They generally do not refuse requests that offer knowledge as compensation. The textbooks in your hands were copied with their help."

"Their summoning incantation is: Spirits wandering in emptiness, friendly creatures that can communicate, rabbit-shaped spirits favored by knowledge."

The students looked at each other for a moment. They suddenly felt as if they were inferior to a rabbit.

The boy closest to Leyton murmured softly:

"So, if I ask a Knowledge Rabbit to help me extract the key points from a textbook, and the compensation is the knowledge in the textbook, as knowledge it already possesses, it won't agree to my request?"

A very thoughtful young man, suitable to be a Mystery Pryer. The Hidden Sage would be very happy to impart knowledge to you. Leyton sighed inwardly after hearing the other party's soft mumble.
