The broken wood on the ruins of Hogwarts Fort had long been cleared away.
The top of a nearby tall mountain was completely leveled and placed on one side of the construction site, continuously providing materials for the grand project of building the Castle.
At this moment, hundreds of stone statues were diligently working on the civil engineering, and these stone statues were the source of Professor McGonagall's happiness, later becoming those that protected Hogwarts.
It was also through creating these stone statues that Dana learned "magic intelligence" from Ravenclaw—this was the Wizard version of AI, and in this regard, Ravenclaw surpassed Dana's ancestor, Merlin—the Graphorn Fire Spirit, although sentient, was not magic intelligence, but a new life shaped by Merlin using fragments of dead knights' souls.
The door knocker of the Ravenclaw Common Room was a product of magic intelligence.
At this moment, beside the noisy construction site, Dana sat opposite Rowena Ravenclaw.
"Merlin, the Avar Coven has disbanded."
Dana raised an eyebrow; the Avar Coven was clearly still active in the future, so why would it disband?
"Why do you say that?"
Rowena Ravenclaw gently touched her still stiff left arm and replied:
"I went to the Folkestone Nunnery. That place is the production base for the Church's witch hunters' equipment, and they use the technology of the former Avar Coven—but obviously, they are not members of the Avar Coven. I used Legilimency to read their thoughts, and in their perception, they are just nuns of the Folkestone Nunnery.
And I infiltrated deep into the Folkestone Nunnery and found the remnants of the Avar Coven.
Besides the mountain of magic tomes, there was also a crystal coffin.
Inside the crystal coffin was a mummy that had completely lost all signs of life, fully wrapped in cloth strips, and carved on the crystal coffin was a name—
Morgan le Fay."
Ravenclaw continued:
"I wanted to study Morgan le Fay's remains carefully, but I was injured by a curse attached to the crystal coffin,"
Dana looked at Ravenclaw's left arm, and Ravenclaw nodded,
"That's right, my current arm was injured by that curse—although I haven't figured out how to lift this curse yet, I can confirm one thing, and that is this curse is very ancient and was not newly placed, otherwise, it wouldn't be as simple as just injuring my arm."
Dana nodded:
"So you think Morgan le Fay died long ago, and the Avar Coven has vanished into the long river of history, it's just that the knowledge they left behind was acquired by the Church?"
"Yes."
Dana did not express an opinion. He walked over to Ravenclaw's side,
"Rowena, expose your arm, I want to examine the condition of your curse."
At this time, legal and moral norms were obviously not as strict as in the late Middle Ages, but for a woman to expose her arm to a man would still be met with criticism.
Even if it was a young boy.
However, Ravenclaw did not hesitate. With a light touch of her right hand, the sleeve of her left arm receded like a tide to her shoulder.
From her shoulder joint to her forearm, it displayed an eerie bluish-gray, and the tissue beneath the skin seemed to have a life of its own, rising and falling rhythmically, as if breathing.
Dana recognized this curse; it was one of the curse magics taught to him by his ancestor, called "Attached Vision," and the purpose of this curse was to make the cursed person the eyes and ears of the caster until the recipient died or decisively cut off the body part infected with the curse.
Dana sighed. If it was this curse, then Morgan le Fay must not be dead.
If the caster died, this curse would not hold.
Dana reached out and pressed on Ravenclaw's arm. A suspicious blush appeared on the face of this legendary Witch, known for her wisdom,
But Dana retreated after a brief touch, and the curse on Ravenclaw's arm also rapidly contracted, finally turning into a waxy yellow eyeball and detaching.
Dana looked at the eyeball and said:
"Morgan le Fay, I know you are watching me. Wait, I'm coming for you now."
"Bang!"
The eyeball exploded on its own.
Dana swore he didn't touch it, so there was only one outcome: Morgan le Fay "received" his message and actively severed the link with the Attached Vision.
"Rowena, please open a Spandim Gate to the room in the Folkestone Nunnery where that crystal coffin is stored."
Ravenclaw didn't ask further; she had already seen that something was wrong.
She opened a Spandim Gate,
While she was opening the door, Dana covered himself with detection magic and protective magic—with his magic level, as long as the protection was sufficient, even Morgan le Fay couldn't easily make him fall victim.
Upon arriving at the deepest room in the Folkestone Nunnery, Dana immediately cast a wide-area revealing spell upon appearing, but there were no so-called traps in this room.
Ravenclaw followed Dana in, but gasped softly:
"The things here have been moved out!"
Not only the crystal coffin containing Morgan le Fay's body, but even the large collection of books had disappeared.
"Rowena, you've been tricked."
Dana spread his hands.
Rowena Ravenclaw closed her eyes, taking deep breaths to calm herself.
The wisest of the Four Founders had been thoroughly tricked; this was simply a great humiliation for her.
Dana casually threw out a ball of Fiendfyre and turned to walk towards the portal,
"Rowena, let's go. We'll talk about the Avar Coven after Hogwarts Castle is repaired."
Morgan le Fay was still alive, but she was avoiding Dana.
Morgan le Fay heard Ravenclaw call him Merlin, and given his resemblance to his ancestor Merlin, it was inevitable that Morgan le Fay would be afraid,
Because whether he was truly Merlin or Merlin's successor, neither would give her a good outcome.
With the abilities of an old Witch who had lived for hundreds of years, trying to find her now would almost certainly be fruitless.
Rather than that, it would be better to wait a few days until she relaxed her guard before searching for her whereabouts.
Dana was not flustered at all. Now that he knew Morgan le Fay was cooperating with the Church, he had plenty of ways to force Morgan le Fay to reveal herself.
...
...
The construction of the Castle was progressing rapidly, and in the blink of an eye, one-third of the Castle's main structure was completed.
Dana was currently in the huge underground space excavated beneath the Castle, setting up magic circles and installing magic sources.
The underground was damp and stuffy. Dana knew that the underground ventilation system hadn't been done well, so he released his two constructs:
"Abe! Hood! Go burn out some passages to ventilate this place!"
"Yes, Master!"
...
Helena Ravenclaw was currently wandering outside the Castle, seemingly searching for something.
Suddenly, a green beam of light shot out from beneath the west side of the Castle, straight into the sky, startling the surrounding young Wizards—
Even at the incredibly fantastical construction site of Hogwarts Castle, using destructive magic as a building tool was frightening.
Helena, however, was not scared. Seeing the green light, she excitedly ran into the half-finished Castle instead!
"Hehe, so you're underground!"
The little girl rushed into the dungeon, which was the area where the future Slytherin Common Room would be located,
She went all the way down, to the very end.
At the end was an empty room, looking like a warehouse,
But Helena ran straight towards a wall, shouting as she ran:
"Open Sesame!"
For nearly a thousand years thereafter, Hogwarts welcomed batch after batch of young Wizards, yet not a single one discovered the secret passage here—it was simply because the password was too tricky; what proper Wizard would use a password from a Muggle fairy tale!
As the correct password was uttered, the wall instantly transformed into a curtain of water, and the little one, with a slight bow of her head, rushed in.
She skillfully navigated the intricate underground labyrinth, and soon found Dana working in the core area.
"Papa Merlin!"
Dana turned his head, a black line appearing on his forehead:
"Helena, don't call me that. I'm not your papa."
