Stephen's gums had begun bleeding, and the blood was seeping out of the gaps in his teeth. He completely believed that Elena had nothing to do with Eva's missing case.

Weston's heart dropped, for he could tell that Maxwell was a lawyer.
Maxwell walked towards Elena and asked softly, "Are you alright?"
Shaking her head, Elena answered, "I'm Miss Ashford, there's nothing they can do to me!"
After understanding the situation, Maxwell walked towards Weston and said coldly, "Hello, Chief Granger. I'm Maxwell Thorne, Miss Elena Ashford's representing lawyer. If there's anything you need to know, you may ask me directly. I'll answer all questions regarding the case."
