After the grand opening of the first Space Government Headquarters, Elder was busier than ever before.Work had piled up in overwhelming amounts.
The power globe at the center of the HQ glowed brightly, radiating energy that powered the entire complex. In front of Elder floated a miniature golden sphere — a model of creation itself — representing all the regions where the government had been established. Countless orange data screens flickered into existence around him, displaying information from newly joined planets that required his review and approval.
Elder had long protected countless worlds, sharing his wisdom and teaching them how to live in harmony. Now, many of these newly enlightened planets were beginning to understand the meaning of the Space Government — what it stood for and what it meant to serve within it.
Across the stars, more and more beings signed up for training to join the great cause. Yet, some planets lay too far for the teleportation machines to reach. Thinking on this, Elder called upon Miss. Missy and asked her to bring him the list of the first-generation students.
She quickly provided it, and as Elder studied the glowing names and faces projected before him, he asked with a calm tone, "Miss. Missy, how many students are displayed on these screens?"
Miss. Missy stared at him, her expression flickering in mild irritation."Really, Elder? You're asking me to count the students on screens I compiled myself?"
Elder laughed softly at her orange, slightly annoyed face.
Elder's laughter echoed gently through the chamber, its sound mingling with the hum of the power globe that pulsed at the heart of the Headquarters.
"Ah, Miss. Missy," he said with a faint smile, "even the Creator himself must sometimes forget the count of his children. But I wish to see if you remember better than I."
Miss. Missy folded her holographic arms, her orange projection flickering in mock frustration. "My lord, I am the one who made these records in the first place. You could just ask me for the exact number instead of testing my memory like a student in your old academy."
Elder chuckled again, a rare moment of warmth piercing through the endless tide of work. Around him, dozens of orange screens floated, showing faces of the first-generation students—each from a different world, each trained under his light.
"I only wished to hear your voice complain again," Elder teased lightly, his tone filled with affection. "It reminds me that there is still life amid all this work."
Miss. Missy sighed, her projection brightening in color. "Then you must be very alive, my lord, because there's a lot more work waiting to hear your signature."
Elder's golden eyes glanced toward the miniature globe of creation hovering before him. The glowing lines across its surface—marking all the worlds that had joined the Space Government—were spreading faster than ever before.
He reached out his hand, touching the holographic globe, and said softly, "So many worlds… and yet, still so far to go."
Miss. Missy looked at him, her usual wit fading for a brief moment. "You really do carry everything, don't you?"
Elder smiled faintly, but his voice was calm and resolute."If I do not carry it, then who will?"
Then, at Elder's request, Miss. Missy projected a massive orange screen before him.
The purpose of this great display was to track how many new planets had joined the Space Government. Elder linked the miniature golden globe of creation to the screen and divided it into four vast sectors — North, East, West, and South.
Each main sector was further divided into three sub-sectors, making twelve in total. Within each sub-sector, countless planets appeared as glowing dots woven together like a cosmic spider web. The dots that turned white represented worlds now under the protection of the Space Government, while those still dim remained either unexplored or lifeless.
Elder instructed Miss. Missy to separate the non-white planets into a new web, so they could plan the deployment of teleportation machines for intergalactic travel.
Thus, the map of creation stood before them — twelve sub-sectors of light, order, and boundless possibility.
Miss. Missy stood beside him, reading aloud the updates from distant sectors."Sector-12 reports the successful installation of teleportation receivers, my lord. The migration waves are stabilizing. However, communications from the outer rings have been delayed again."
Elder's eyes glowed faintly. His voice, calm yet weighted, replied,"Delay is no longer acceptable. Too much depends on timing. Dispatch a relay through the Light Path to the outer ring—make sure they know, every second counts."
He then summoned several light-power users and, with their aid, established a network that carried communication faster than ever before—swift as light itself across the vastness of space.
In time, the entire known creation came under the banner of the Space Government.
Many officers had now graduated from the academies founded by the first generation and their successors. To bring structure and order among them, Elder decided to create a ranking system—so that authority could be clearly defined, and the newly joined recruits could train under the graduates of the Space Government academies.
The ranks that Elder established were divided into five grand stages, each defined by the magnitude of strength and mastery an officer possessed:
Stage 5:The highest and most revered rank. Officers of this stage possess strength so immense that they can lift and manipulate supermassive black holes—their power transcending the limits of known physics.
Stage 4:These officers are capable of controlling and lifting standard black holes. They are the elite among the elite, entrusted with cosmic-scale missions and the defense of entire galaxies.
Stage 3:Officers at this stage possess the might to lift neutron stars. They are the backbone of the Space Government's power, often serving as commanders and protectors of major planetary systems.
Stage 2:These officers have the power to lift suns. They represent the rising strength of the Space Government—brilliant, fierce, and full of potential.
Stage 1:The entry stage. These are newly trained soldiers who have just begun their journey. Though not yet officers, they are the foundation upon which the Space Government's future will be built.
Every galaxy now possessed its own headquarters of the Space Government, each one a beacon of order and unity across the vast reaches of creation.
To maintain balance and efficient governance, Elder appointed a single overseer for each galaxy—a being of immense power and unwavering loyalty. The citizens and officers within that galaxy were to report directly to this appointed leader.
Such a leader bore the title "Galaxy Leveler."
They were entrusted with ensuring that every world within their galaxy followed the laws of the Space Government, maintained peace, and upheld the vision Elder had laid for the multiverse itself.
Each Galaxy Leveler was chosen with utmost care. Elder did not simply look for strength—though all of them possessed cosmic might beyond measure—but also for wisdom, empathy, and unshakable loyalty to the balance of existence.
With a total of twelve sub-sectors spanning the four great directions, Elder appointed one head for each—these chosen leaders were called the Celestial Bodies.
Each Celestial Body was a being of immense intellect and unwavering discipline, hand-picked from among the finest of the first generation. Their duty was to govern and maintain harmony within their respective sub-sectors, ensuring that every planet, every system, and every species under their watch followed the order of the Space Government.
They served as the pillars of stability beneath the Twelve, bridging the vast cosmic gap between the Galaxy Levelers and the common officers of the government.
The final and highest rank Elder created was his first twelve chosen disciples, and he named them The Twelve Minds—the supreme council of wisdom and power who stood above all ranks, serving as the direct extensions of Elder's will throughout creation.
In the main headquarters of the Space Government, twelve radiant pillars extended outward from the central core—each one connecting directly to the grand pillar that rose through Elder's own chamber. These twelve pillars housed the sanctums of the Twelve Minds, the chosen disciples of Elder, whose wisdom and power formed the very foundation of the Space Government itself.
For the sake of better organization and understanding among the people, Elder established an additional rank—one that governed smaller regions within each galaxy. In every solar system, across all sectors and directions, he appointed leaders known as the Solar Leaders. These individuals were responsible for maintaining order, guiding planetary governments, and ensuring that the will of the Space Government flowed seamlessly through every star and world under its light.
Thus, the long journey of Elder's order came to fulfillment. Peace, at last, settled across the vast creation. From his chamber within the great headquarters, Elder stood in silence, watching as a new sun rose over the horizon of existence—a dawn that marked the beginning of a new era for all life under his light.
