After saying these words Gautami pressed a button on her phone and after that she put her phone down and enjoyed glass wine given by Malavika.
After hours of flying in the sky and crossing through the clouds the private jet of Gautami landed at the the international airport of Hyderbad.
Coming out of the jet Gautami and her women get all of their luggage and then Gautami instructed the pilots and air hostesses of the private jet to remain silent about her visit to India.
Her intention was to keep her visit to India a secret that should never saw the light of the day and came before the Nanda family members not until she wants them to know.

The pilots and the air hostesses began to nodded their heads and even before Gautami and her women had left the airport the private jet returned back to Milan.
Inside the airport Gautami and her women completed all of their security and other procedures and then they head out to find a taxi themselves.
At that time Malavika got the permission from Gautami to get three cups of coffee for the three of them.
When she was coming from the food court of the airport her eyes caught the clear visual of someone who is very familiar and unexpected to find was.
She immediately rushed to the side of her Mistress and then she informed her about the person whom she had seen.

This person is Rajshekhar the husband of Sunanda Rajshekhar.

Gautami continued sipping her coffee while staring Rajshekhar where she noticed Rajshekhar being uneasy and uncomfortable.
The three of them saw Rajshekhar leaving the food court and then the three of them followed behind him and soon they found Rajshekhar taking his car and leaving.
Neha had already booked a car for them which they took and then the three of them followed behind the car of Rajshekhar.
Malavika and Neha were sitting with Gautami on the back seat and from there they were watching how the car of Rajshekhar is getting imbalance on the road.
Seeing this happening before their eyes Neha said, "Madam it looks like something is wrong with that car ?"
With the information provided by the system Gautami knew exactly what is going on and was about to happen.
After travelling some distance the three of them saw the car of Rajshekhar has been sidetracked and had met with a very small accident.

In a very calm voice Gautami gave the order to the driver and once the car was stopped the three of them got out of the car and immediately Neha and Malavika after the orders from Gautami went to check on Rajshekhar.
Coming closer to the car they saw Rajshekhar unconscious inside the car and then they gave a look to Gautami after which Gautami moved closer to the car.
Standing next to the car Gautami said, "He just had a heart stroke. Let's take him to hospital and then meet my dear Bua."
After saying these words Gautami slammed her fist on the window glass on the driver seat and with one attack she broke the window and opened the door.
Then the three of them moved Rajshekhar to their car and instructing the driver they took him to the nearby hospital for the treatment.
The doctors immediately began to treat Rajshekhar and along with the hospital informed the family of Rajshekhar about his condition.
After some hours Sunanda and the brothers of Rajshekhar arrived at the hospital.
