After some hours Sunanda and her PA arrived at the hospital.
Just before the news of Rajshekhar's heart attack reached Sunanda was in a meeting at her own five star hotel that she has built with someone else's money.
That same money lender was the person with whom Sunanda was in a meeting and the money lender was demanding Sunanda to return his money which is his right to ask for.
When the hospital called Sunanda to inform about the situation it was her PA Murthy who had received the call and informed Sunanda of the same matter.
The frustration from the money lender's demand coupled with the news of Rajshekhar's heart attack gave a great panic to Sunanda.
Arriving at the hospital Sunanda saw the clothes of Rajshekhar placed on a bench near which Gautami is sitting as well.
Gautami and her women saw Sunanda and Murthy coming towards them but Gautami took her glance away from Sunanda and kept her focus on her phone.

She now in her anger stood before Gautami and then she grabbed the collar of Gautami's shirt and pulled her up by which Gautami now stood before Sunanda.
This act of Sunanda triggered severe anger in Neha and Malavika and so they both took out their guns which they have kept hidden and put them on the head of Sunanda.
Glaring at Sunanda Neha said, "Remove your hand from the collar of our Madam or else your head will be blown away."
Being the prideful stubborn person she is Sunanda didn't removed her hand instead she looked straight in the eyes of Gautami and said, "Just five kilometers away was a very good hospital than this one. You could have taken my hushand there."
Just then a doctor stepped in to calm the matter down and so he said, "Just two kilometers away is the cremation ground. If a delay was to happen then you would have standing there now. So say thanks to this pretty lady. And madam please can you tell your bodyguards to keep their guns down. Please I request you."
"Sure doctor your request should be followed. Girls put your guns back in their place. We are civilized people unlike someone else."
"Okay Madam."
Following the order of Gautami both Neha and Malavika put their guns back in their places.
Sunanda on the other hand took her hand off of Gautami's collar after she understood what Gautami had told her.
Leaving the side of the Gautami, Sunanda and her PA inquired about the health condition of Rajshekhar and they both got to know that Rajshekhar is fine now.
Sunanda immediately went to meet her husband along with her PA and when she saw her husband lying on the hospital bed there was sadness beneath her cold demeanor.
As she sat down near her husband her cold facade fade away and her sadness took over her face and she asked her husband how he is.
Rajshekhar removed the oxygen mask from his face and asked about the person who had saved him.
Sunanda once again put on her cold facade and ordered Murthy, "Murthy tell the driver to bring the briefcase from the car. In that briefcase twenty five lacks rupees are present. Give that woman one lack from it."
Murthy immediately followed her order while Rajshekhar reminded Sunanda how she had left all of her money and wealth just to marry him so now if she gives money to someone who had saved her life would not be good.
These words of Rajshekhar clearly reminded Sunanda of her father for whom relations were nothing in front of money.
After talking with the driver Murthy came out of the ward and looked at Gautami and called her inside as per Sunanda's order.
Gautami put her phone in her pocket and got up from her seat and then she put her hands in her pockets and said, "Let's go girls."
Leading the way Gautami and her women marched into the ward where they saw Rajshekhar woken up and Sunanda sitting next to him.
Rajshekhar wanted to ask something to Gautami but before he could ask Gautami moved closer to him and asked, "How are feeling now Uncle ?"
"I am feeling good now and it all thanks to you. If you haven't brought me to the hospital in time then I would have died."
The words spoken by Rajshekhar was filled with gratitude and after hearing those words Gautami chuckled a little and said, "How can I let the husband of my Bua to die right before my eyes ?"
Rajshekhar, Sunanda and Murthy were completely shocked and confused after hearing these words from Gautami.
"Let me formally introduce myself. GAUTAMI NANDA. THE DAUGHTER OF HARI NANDA AND GRANDDAUGHTER OF RAGHU NANDA. I AM YOUR NIECE SUNANDA BUA."
