"Wake up!"
"Until when are you going to sleep?!"
"It's 1.00 p.m. already!"
Huh? I was startled by the voice. I look around and saw my mom. Glance at the clock on the wall. I slowly waking up and open my eyes but still laying down where I slept.
"Mmmm"
"At night not asleep! In morning not awake! Better go out and find a job than sleeping all day long."
Mom sarcastically nags.
I reach out for my phone and look at the time. 1.13 p.m. 24th July 2025. No wonder I was hungry. I get up, charge my phone, open the computers and look for food in the kitchen. I took a plate, fill with food and go back in front of the computer. While eating, I continue to watch the story that I have been watching for a while.
"Wake up and then eat! That's all you know! Not cooking, not cleaning! You didn't do any work that I told you to do! Nothing to do that you know!"
Mom harsh remarks.
I turned around and saw her behind me. I kept smiling like a fool. It's true what she said but damn it hurts tho.
