Faced with a minister loyal only to the late king, whose sister was even a supporter of another prince, he not only kept him commanding the Bifrost but placed no restrictions on him whatsoever.
This was rare even by the standards of dynasties throughout history.
And besides, there was no blood relation between these two princes.

Just as Loki called himself a good person, Ying Zi'nian held the same assessment of Loki.
But that was only to be expected.
No matter how many times Loki betrayed Thor, it couldn't hide the brotherly bond between them.

**Ninth Prince of Qin:** "So at this point — who should be punished?"
**Ninth Prince of Qin:** "Those who deserted during the war, or the gatekeeper who let them become deserters out of personal feelings? Or both?"
**Richest Man:** "Jotunheim, Laufey, the other Asgardian heir's supporters, the people's hearts — those are all settled."
**Richest Man:** "As for Odin's death?"
**Richest Man:** "Inducing this war to happen, and inducing Laufey to admit he killed Odin — aren't those essentially the same thing?"
**Ordinary Group Leader:** "*inhales sharply*"
**White Rabbit:** "Wow!"
**Utaha:** "These people are so good at this!"
**Simulterrain:** "Thank goodness we're on the same side. If they were enemies, none of us would know how we died."
Seeing Baixuan, Aizen, Ying Zi'nian, and Tony work in such seamless harmony, several of them couldn't help but sigh.
Aizen had merely opened the discussion, Baixuan raised a question — and then they instantly conceived of an entire underhanded plot design.
Terrifying!
**Ninth Prince of Qin:** "This script is still missing the most brilliant element — something that would make Thor genuinely acknowledge Loki from the bottom of his heart, something that would prevent Thor's supporters from harboring any hostility toward Loki!"
Ying Zi'nian's eyes sparkled with light. This was a war involving the throne — it contained many, many factors.
Those points just now, though brilliant, lacked the most crucial element.
**Fifth Division Captain:** "War needs witnesses."
**Fifth Division Captain:** "Such a splendid war — if it lacked an audience, wouldn't that be a pity?"
