"That wasn't ninjutsu; that must be a dōjutsu," one of them exclaimed.
"Didn't you see his eyes? Those were Sharingan!"
The assembled onlookers erupted in a cacophony of shocked exclamations, frantically searching for Obito's whereabouts, yet finding absolutely no trace of him.
Amidst the spreading panic, Obito's figure abruptly materialized behind an ANBU operative, gently placing his hand on their shoulder.
"Look out!" the others cried out in alarm.
The ANBU operative instantly attempted to utilize the Body Flicker Technique to teleport away, but to no avail. His entire body was inexplicably sucked into the spatial vortex created by Obito. He vanished completely without a trace.
"That's… a spatial dōjutsu! Everyone, disperse immediately!"
Minato Namikaze's face was grim, his voice low and serious as he barked the order to the assembled group.
Against this incredibly strange spatial dōjutsu, ordinary ninjutsu would be utterly ineffective.
"Hokage-sama, this individual is exceedingly dangerous."
"Disperse! That's an order!"
Minato Namikaze's voice was firm, allowing no dissent.
The members of the Hokage's personal guard understood; this masked man's abilities were bizarre and unpredictable, rendering them utterly helpless. Only the Hokage himself possessed any realistic chance of confronting him.
The guards quickly moved to create space around the Hokage.
Minato Namikaze produced a kunai; Obito, with equal speed, drew a chain from his Kamui dimension.
After a brief tense standoff, it was impossible to determine who initiated the attack, but both launched themselves at each other almost simultaneously.
In a flash, they collided. Minato Namikaze's kunai viciously stabbed towards Obito. Obito's chain lashed out towards Minato Namikaze.
Minato Namikaze deftly sidestepped Obito's chain, but Obito made no attempt to evade the kunai, allowing it to pierce his body, passing straight through without causing any injury.
"So… it's like this again," Minato Namikaze's pupils constricted, his expression grave.
Snap! Minato Namikaze's hand had barely passed through Obito when Obito's hand closed around his wrist.
A smirk played on the corner of Obito's masked mouth. He activated his Kamui dōjutsu, intending to pull Minato Namikaze into his spatial dimension.
Whoosh!
But at that instant, Minato Namikaze vanished, reappearing in a different location.
"Flying Thunder God?" Obito was taken aback. As Minato Namikaze's former student, he knew of this renowned technique, but he never imagined it could counter Kamui! This was beyond belief.
"As expected of the Yellow Flash, renowned throughout the ninja world," Obito chuckled, filled with grudging admiration.
Minato Namikaze, however, remained utterly vigilant, feeling unprecedented pressure. In his extensive career, he had never encountered such a bizarre and unpredictable opponent.
If he hadn't used Flying Thunder God, he would have been pulled into that dimension. But its effectiveness was a crucial piece of information.
Minato Namikaze immediately charged at Obito again, engaging in another fierce exchange.
Both moved with incredible speed, their movements blurring into a whirlwind of action. Obito possessed intangibility and spatial manipulation; Minato Namikaze countered with his superior combat awareness and the Flying Thunder God Technique. Neither could decisively overpower the other.

In the midst of the furious battle, Minato Namikaze launched another kunai at Obito.
Obito, ignoring it, charged at Minato Namikaze with his chain, intending to use his intangibility to restrain him.
But as Obito's chain neared Minato Namikaze, he vanished once more.
His figure reappeared directly behind Obito!
It was Minato Namikaze's Flying Thunder God Second Stage!
Obito was unable to utilize his intangibility while in the midst of an attack; at that precise moment, Obito was completely tangible.
"Not good!" Obito inwardly cursed. He tried to become intangible, but it was too late.
Boom!
A Rasengan struck Obito from behind, sending him crashing to the ground.
"The Flying Thunder God Second Stage, truly breathtaking!"
Even Kouki, despite having seen this in the original Naruto series, couldn't help but marvel at Minato Namikaze's skill.
