Misty and Tracey also sent out their Pokémon. Misty sent out Starmie, and Tracey sent out his Marill.
As soon as they appeared, the Pokémon charged menacingly toward the Magikarp submarine.
Pikachu first jumped onto Ash's shoulder, then leaped from his arm onto Starmie, using it as a vehicle to ride the waves.
