In a dark tunnel, at night, a man dressed in a blue uniform is standing near the entrance. His eyes land beside him, and a man is standing there.
"Sebasty, you finally arrived." the man in the blue uniform approached Sebastian.
"What happened?" Sebastian remained standing calmly.
The air blows gently over them, blowing his dark coat which shows his white long sleeve polo shirt, and dark pants with his white rubber shoes.
"Well, this is alerting news." the man in the blue uniform lent a red folder to Sebastian.
As Sebastian is reading the words written on the pages, the man in the blue uniform begins talking, "The case of the missing people increases more! It's unbelievable that none of the police tracked them."
Sebastian nods. "Now, it's not just the debtors but homeless people as well?"
"The pregnant also," the man in the uniform said.
"Got any more? Perhaps, we need to see every CCTV in Metro Manila," Sebastian said, "tell this news to your seniors. I will also report this to the knights and bishops."
As the night goes by, Sebastian is standing in front of a large board, indicating multiple guardians and their positions.
"The Guardians exist after the first monster war. They exist because we guardians have a sole unbroken responsibility, to protect mankind against beasts" he spoke
A man dressed in a dark uniform is running towards Sebastian, and he stops running before saluting Sebastian.
"At ease," Sebastian told him, "what did the bishops tell you?"
"Sir! Yeah! They told me that we should prioritize bringing out the information from the criminals!" the man in the uniform said.
Sebastian waves his dark hair backwards and narrows his eyes. "Ain't this request of mine deserve to be prioritized?"
"Sorry, sir. I did everything to make them agree with your words," the man in the uniform said.
Sebastian nods. "You may go now. I'll just approach them myself."
The man in the uniform decides to speak but before his lips open, Sebastian disappears.
Meanwhile, Nicholas is standing beside Dante. He's gazing through the mirror that allows them to witness Xander sitting across a mature woman.
"Who is she again?" Nicholas asked.
"Georgia Fuentavilla, same rank as me but she has some expertise in bringing out the juice that we need," Dante told Nicholas.
"Bring out the juice? Okay." Nicholas blinked repeatedly from shock.
Nicholas grunts after receiving a slap on the back from Dante while he's chuckling. Dante looks at Nicholas with a smile. "Sorry 'bout that, kiddo."
"But seriously, she's good in her way of interrogating someone," Dante told Nicholas while smiling at the scene of Georgia interrogating Xander.
A loud voice echoes from the hanging speakers in the room where Nicholas and Dante are standing.
"What is your association with the syndicate?"
"Association? I'm a loyal follower of my king."
"Who might this King be?"
"Why should I say it? But fine," Xander chuckled, "A man of such power, speed, and strength! He's that kind of a man!"
"You surely are an admirer of the "King" you spoke of."
After that, there was no voice coming out of the speaker. Nicholas stares at the interrogation through the mirror, and a voice comes out, one from Xander.
"I am not just admiring him but I am being a loyal servant! My King will put Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to the brink of destruction!"
Nicholas sees Georgia nod but her eyes remain staring at Xander.
"Xander, we will capture this King you spoke of."
"Then do it! DO IT! YOU ALL ARE JUST A PEST THAT ARE ROAMING THIS UNCLEAN WORLD!"
Nicholas sees men in dark uniforms barging inside the room as the speakers shut down.
The man pulls Xander away from the chair and drags his cuffs along with him out of the room.
"He sounds crazy," Nicholas said.
"That's what happened if one gives too much loyalty to a person as that 'loyalty' turns to admiration until it turns to madness," Dante said.
Nicholas asks, "Can I approach him where he's detained?"
Dante glances at Nicholas. "You sure? But don't come inside the chamber he's in."
"Bishop 5," A voice spoke near them.
Dante turns his eyes to the man who spoke, and he turns out to be Sebastian. He bows his head, and walks closer to Dante before speaking, "Is it true that I can't request pawns to see every CCTV throughout Metro Manila?"
Dante nods. "It's true. Sebastian. There are many pawns guarding barangays.
"We can't waste more just to see recordings, what we need is to protect the lives of the people first before doing your request."
Sebastian's eyes turn toward Nicholas. "Who are you?"
Nicholas inhales deeply. "I am Nicholas, and I helped in rescuing Felicia."
Sebastian turns toward Dante, and he nods. Sebastian looks back at Nicholas and lends his hand. "It's an incredible feat that you displayed against the criminal."
Nicholas turns his eyes repeatedly to Sebastian's eyes and hand before shaking his hand.
"I need to go." Nicholas released Sebastian's hand.
Sebastian turns his eyes to Dante with a calm gaze. "Dante, I badly needed reinforcements to gather the footage of all CCTV or I'll do it by my own!"
Dante stares at him until he nods. "You're a guardian with the rank of being a Knight, you can do anything you want.
"For your request, I can't give you what you want."
Sebastian closes his fists. "I'll do it on my own."
He disappears in the blink of an eye, and Dante shakes his head before letting out a sigh.
Xander is walking around his chamber, his eyes looking down while his hands are cuffed. He stops bit by bit and looks beside him. From the other side of the glass wall, he can see Nicholas standing calmly.
"Why did you come here?" Xander stepped closer to the glass wall.
"I come here to change your mind about your father," Nicholas answered.
"Change my mind? Who the heck told you that I'll change my mind?!" Xander shouted.
Nicholas looks around him and walks away. Xander watches him as he's dragging a chair while walking back in front of the glass wall.
Xander holds his face and massages his forehead aggressively. "Why would you?! DAMN!"
Nicholas sits on the chair. "I really want to talk to you badly."
"Since you won't give any information, would you tell me the information that I need if I will help your mother escape?" Nicholas proposed.
"You're funny," Xander stepped even closer to the glass wall, "I won't break the trust of my King!"
Nicholas inhales deeply. "Don't you value your mother?"
Xander chuckles but Nicholas just watch him laugh cruelly. The laughter ends, and Xander places his arms under each other; resting them on his chest.
"Stop wasting your time. Proposing something senseless will not open my mouth to tell any information," he declared.
Nicholas ends up being silent after those words. He stands up, and before walking away, his eyes linger on Xander.
"That's right! Just walk away." Xander laughed.
Nicholas lets out words that came from his heart. "I grew up without a parent standing up for me. You're too damn lucky that your father and mother stood up for you."
Xander's eyes linger at Nicholas as he's walking away. Xander sits on the cold ground with his eyes looking at a blank space.
