Chapter 860 - Chapter 860

Where the shockwave went, dust and loose stones on the tunnel walls were instantly pulverized into powder. And the densely packed Iron Beetles…

They were crushed as if an invisible giant hammer had rolled over them—shells and internal organs shattered completely within a hundredth of a second!

Crack-crack-crack-crack!

The bursting sounds chained together into one continuous roar, like a grand death symphony.

The shockwave swept forward and backward along the tunnel, covering everything within sight. One second ago, the swarm was a black ocean. The next second, it became a thick layer of insect corpse fragments plastered across the ground and walls.

The entire tunnel fell silent in an instant.

Only the occasional snap of electrical sparks remained… and the distant sound of water droplets hitting the ground.

Tony Stark hovered in midair, his suit still frozen in an attack stance.

Completely stiff.

On the display under his mask, JARVIS's data stream refreshed rapidly—every line analyzing the destructive power of that shockwave. Every single result came back the same:

"Beyond measurable range."

Tony slowly lowered himself. His boots landed on insect debris several inches thick, producing a crunchy "grrk" sound. He looked around. The hopeless black tide was gone without a trace.

Only a few surviving Iron Beetles were scrambling to flee from deeper cracks, panicked like they'd just met a natural predator.

Tony's gaze finally locked onto the bald man who was calmly pulling his fist back in.

The man was staring down at his own hand, looking annoyed at the bit of bug slime on the back of it, shaking his fist like he was trying to fling it off.

"This power…" Tony muttered, his voice distorted through the helmet. "Cleaner than my micro-missile carpet bombing…"

He fully powered down his repulsors. The suit's joints gave a faint hum as he walked up to Saitama. His faceplate slid open, revealing a face filled with shock and disbelief.

"You… who the hell are you?" Tony asked, forcing the words out. He had seen Hulk's strength, witnessed Thor's lightning—but this kind of effortless, pinpoint-controlled, pure physical destructive force completely overturned what he thought was possible.

Saitama looked up at Tony, still wearing that same flat expression.

"My name's Saitama. I'm a hero."

He paused, then added, "Just a hero for fun."

On the outskirts of New York, a stretch of wasteland originally zoned as an industrial district had become a battlefield. Deafening roars and crashing impacts echoed nonstop, and the ground trembled constantly.

A green giant

Hulk, the embodiment of rage

was locked in a brutal fight with a monster that looked like it had been born from the mountains themselves.

The creature was made of solid rock. Its body was enormous, its shape rough and blurred—half like a giant bear, half like a giant ape. At its core, an ominous glow pulsed faintly.

It was a rock behemoth that had crawled out of an accidentally opened interdimensional rift.

Hulk's fighting style was savage and direct. His massive fists hammered down like pile drivers. Every collision erupted with a booming impact, rocks exploding outward and punching crater after crater into the ground.

His strength was enough to flip tanks.

But against this elemental creature, the results were far worse than they should've been.

The rock beast's body seemed able to draw material from the earth itself to repair damage. Hulk smashed part of it, and fresh stone immediately filled the gap. Meanwhile, the beast's heavy punches and sweeping tail carried terrifying force of their own, knocking Hulk back again and again…
