Su Ping couldn't help but frown, her words did hold some truth, in a sense, evil could never be ridden of so long as people existed. If one wanted to truly get rid of evil, they would need to be able to control the hearts of man, while that was possible, it would be a waste to enslave the entirety of the city just because of something like this. If he were to do that, what's to say he wouldn't resort to the same thing when another similar problem came into being, and what's to say something of them might not be able to break out from it eventually and start trouble all over again.
