Chapter 19 - Chapter 19: Tv board caster pt.3

"I.. I am your son– Jones!"

The door slightly creaked open, a few hefty amounts of locks unlocked at the spot. Then from the corner of her eye, a women with heavy eyebags looks at the boy. She takes a good look at the boy after realising it to be someone she knew. Immediately after, the other locks on the door were unlocked, opening the door completely. A old middle aged women with depression all written over her face. She glanced at jones, tears of happiness came down her face, in a remarkable rate changing her countenance. She hugged jones tightly as tight as she could have.

She yelled out from the bottom of her heart, "J.. Jones!! My.. myy son! Your backk!!", In joy and happiness.

"Your.. your truely back!!"

Jones came in expecting a harsher environment but then succumbed to his mothers comfort, following it up with a smile.

The mother held tightly, she looked up then soothened jones with a warm smile back while her tears where still running.

Seeing this jones regretted every second of risking his live, never to ever think to do so ever again. He stood still regretting every decision.

"I... I'm sorry mom!", says jones.

"There's no need to be sorry–son!", as the moment wipes off her tears.

"You did what you thought was right!"

Whilst all this at voice comes from the living room, "belly, whose there on the door!?"

"Ahh.. is that!", says jones.

"Shh.. come in– son!", says the mom changed in mood as if nothing had even happened.

"Who is it!!", says the dad demanding to know who it is on his wheel chair watching TV.

Jones enters the living room, sees his dad completely hopeless, untidy which was very unlikely of him, And just on a wheel chair and just out of shape.

Jones worried about his dad looking like this, he calls him out using all the energy he had made up ever since waking up and being also visibility shaken, "d.. Dad!?", he calls out.

Hearing that voice channels an energy in dad, he stands up from his chair quickly, while jones was expecting a something else.

And goes for a hug, "I'm.. I'm sorry, that i was hard on you, I should've listened!"

Again tears crawling out of his eyes, jones just couldn't see his face, the once strong man he grew up with, broken up in tears and joyful bliss by seeing his son.

That night he met all of his brothers too, in bed, still early up from the comas, in overwhelming deep love and gratitude about his family, happy tears coming down from his face as he realized what he was about to do to himself, he couldn't accept that fact, which ended up haunting him almost the entire night.

Tho later on, he was able to put himself to sleep but the nightmare didn't end their.

He had several epilogues, multitude of them, those horrific memories, the pain of the sacrifice, and more.

Jones wakes up sweating in bed, breathing heavily, he couldn't believe what had to go throught there at the site.

But he knew that he couldn't have been kept silent about it even if he wanted too.

All of those epilogues ending with the same mouth mumbling something.

As for that day, jones could only decipher a part of that speech, but later on it became clearer and clearer. He woke up with answers, more and more.

All of this felt wrong, unsafe and confidential, something never experienced before.

Jones wakes up gets tidy, ready to go to the library the only place he could look for proofs and answers regarding his visions.

On the way he continuously thinks about those visions that had came across his mind.

Sigh...

"I am here— at the library", says jones to himself.

He welcomes himself in the library, there nothing but quietness, silence, nothing to be heard.

"Okay... let's go!", to himself says jones.

He confidently walks up to the librarian and asks about the details of history books in library.

The librarian asks which kind of history he was interested in. Jones awkwardly backed away from such question thinking that he'd be suspicious, he then asks that he'd just like to have a look at the history section.

The librarian listens and then guides jones to that section of the library, consisting of many books about wars, and past history.

"Thanks I'll have a look on which I want to read!", says jones to the librarian.

"Very well kind sir! As you wish!", says the kind lady librarian.

The librarian quietly goes to her desenated spot while jones fetches put books relating any thing about the virus.

After a long and wide search, jones gathers up many books supposedly that could have a relationship to the virus or the entities jones had seen in his vision.

Long research hours and still no clue, jones had been searching, browsing, and reading for hours, even the lady librarian came to ask if he did need assistance but it was denied.

"Ughhh... i just can't find a link!", says jones irritated deeply.

He continues his search for one whole hour before calling it a failure and deciding to put the buddle of books back where he first found them.

He picks up all the books stacked up on top of eachother. While going through and putting all the books at their shelves, jones happens to bump into a stranger also on the same section, jones says, "ugh.. watching were your going women".

The women softly replies; "Oh sorry.. sorry.. i wasn't look–". She pauses for a second fixated her eyes very closely at him. She says; "Aren't you that one kid, who went missing!?"

She states futher, "that.. that was found in that construction site!".

Jones hesitantly responds; "Uh.. uh I don't.. dont know who are you talking about?"

"Really!? Cause you look very similar to that person!", says the women.

"Oh.. that i get that alot, hehe!", jones responds awkwardly.

"Cause you know, I'm a reporter, and a journalist! I have actually been investigating this topic for a while, you sure you aren't him!?"

"Uhh.. uhh... ahhhhhh", jones not to know what to say.

The women chuckles and says, "So you are him!"

Jones gives up trying to hide and comes out, "yes! I am".

The women doesn't hesitate to comfort jones, she holds his hands; "I know what you went through the kidnapping was hard, but that doesn't mean you have to hide it, no no.. you have to let the people know, spread awareness. Do you trust me?"

"Tt.. trust, kid.. kidnapping!?"
