Borsalino lightly patted his chest as if startled, an exaggerated expression clearly saying, "How would I dare underestimate you?"The instant he finished speaking, he turned into a beam of light and darted away.
On the ground, Kuzan stood with his hands in his pockets. Tilting his head slightly upward, he glanced at the massive spectacle in the sky and muttered quietly, "Too over the top."
Then he withdrew his gaze, bent forward slightly, and walked on in silence. Frost spread outward from beneath his feet as he moved, transforming everything behind him into an icy hell filled with raging cold, freezing everything in its path.
When it came to "over the top," Kuzan was no weaker than Sakazuki—both could reshape the terrain. One created a scorching magma hell, the other a freezing ice hell.
The only difference was that Kuzan didn't make as big a scene as Sakazuki; he was comparatively low-key.
Compared to the two admirals showcasing just how terrifying Logia abilities could be, the elderly duo—Garp and Sengoku—seemed far more ordinary.
