59 Initiating the Rescue – Part 1

The Hunters Association didn't concern itself only with dungeons and monsters. It was also responsible for dealing with all forms of supernatural activity.
All kinds of crimes and disturbances involving awakened individuals were directly handled by the Association in cooperation with the nation's defense and security agencies. In recent years, crimes involving the Awakened had become increasingly frequent, keeping the Hunters Association extremely busy.
From dungeons and monsters to criminal incidents, the Association's agents were constantly active, resolving any issue that threatened public safety. The difference between guilds and the Hunters Association wasn't simply that one was public and the other private.
The main difference lay in their methods of operation. Normally, guilds focused solely on enriching and strengthening their members, occasionally offering some form of support to civilians.
