"Tension in the Air" ✅
Leo had already been to *Light Pub* more than twice that week, but he hadn't had any luck.
Smart was nowhere to be found, as if the earth had swallowed him whole.
Their whole plan was falling apart.
Every time Leo called Jin to tell him he still hadn't found him, Jin couldn't stay calm.
He wanted to go out himself and search every corner of the city.
That beautiful face he had seen that night was all he could think about.
By now, Smart had turned into an uncontrollable obsession.
Leo tried everything he could to find him, but each day it became harder.
The weekend was getting closer, and still, there was no sign of Smart anywhere.
Leo was seated in his favorite spot with a few other friends.
He had warned Jin not to show up at Light Pub until a certain moment, as he didn't want to deal with Jin's temper if things went wrong. So, he decided to go alone.
Sitting cross-legged, holding his glass of alcohol and a cigarette like inseparable companions, his eyes never left the dance floor.
He had no idea that Smart wasn't there to dance; he assumed so, but in reality, Smart was there to work.
Downstairs in the pub, Ren and Han continued with their tasks.
Han served table after table, while Ren prepared his signature cocktails.
Although he came from a wealthy family and didn't need to work, his passion was creating unique drinks, and the pub was the perfect place for it—a fact he enjoyed to the fullest.
Shortly before the end of the shift, Ren got ready a little earlier than Han and decided to wait outside.
He stepped out, leaned against a corner, lit a cigarette, and gazed at the stars, savoring the moment completely.
Suddenly, Leo's phone lit up.
It was Jin.
He seemed unable to wait, desperate to know every detail.
Leo got up immediately and stepped outside to answer.
He took a deep breath before unlocking the phone, then finally spoke:
"Still no trace of him today. It's like he's completely vanished. But don't worry, I'll find him soon—you know nothing escapes me," he said, his voice sharp and serious.
"Looking for someone to kill?" a voice was heard nearby.
Leo closed his phone and immediately turned to see who was speaking.
Standing in front of him was Ren, still holding his cigarette without turning his head.
Leo found it interesting.
Someone was trying to play a game, and he wanted to know who.
"Or maybe you'd like to be in his place?" Leo said, his voice teasing.
Ren felt the tension in the air, and surprisingly, tonight he was in the mood for such games. He dropped the cigarette to the ground, turned to face Leo, and started walking toward him.
A well-built guy, almost as tall as him, appeared in front of Leo.
As Ren came closer, Leo could see him clearly, and the light on his face made him look even more magnetic.
His tight black shirt showed off his body perfectly—broad shoulders, a slim waist, and strong arms.
Everything about him looked flawless.
His small eyes, slightly messy black hair, and well-shaped lips made him look effortlessly dangerous yet inviting.
Leo was nearly speechless in his presence.
"This is completely my type," he thought, eyes roaming over him mischievously.
Ren stepped closer and looked at Leo's face.
"Damn," he thought, "this face is dangerously attractive."
The shape of his eyes, shining under the light, almost drew him in.
A few strands of hair fell over his eyes, making him look a little innocent, yet still provocative.
Leo was dressed all in black, which made him look mysterious and even more alluring to Ren.
Ren's thoughts began to spiral out of control. His imagination raced, reaching dangerous limits that he couldn't stop.
He took a deep breath, leaned closer to Leo, and spoke with a voice that hit like a knife to the heart:
"If I were that person... would you dare to kill me?"
His warm breath brushed Leo's cheek, full of challenge and seduction.
Leo gave a slight smile and, without stepping back, spoke in a low, provocative voice:
"Would you like to try it? See if I'd dare or not?"
Ren stood still, not moving. He looked straight into Leo's eyes and said:
"Hmm... Aren't you afraid that the one who dies might be you?" — a smirk crossing his face.
Leo hadn't expected Ren to continue the conversation in such a subtle, suggestive way. It was the first time he faced someone so confident, so dangerously in control.
All his previous lovers had been submissive; he had always been the one in charge, acting as he pleased.
Now he realized it wasn't death, but desire that shook him to the core.
"Hmm..." — he thought to himself — "I can't leave it at that."
He stepped a little closer and spoke in a teasing tone:
"If I don't try, how would I ever know, right?" — and he shot a daring look straight into Ren's eyes.
Ren realized clearly that Leo's face was attractive, but underneath, he was an experienced provocateur.
His imagination ran wild, racing faster and faster.
He wanted to grab the person in front of him, pull him close, and steal a breathless kiss.
"I want to push my tongue into your mouth," he thought for a moment, shivering from the thought.
Just as he was about to speak aloud, Han's shout cut through the tension:
"Ren, let's go!" — Han yelled loudly, waving from afar.
