This place had originally been Umbrella Corporation's headquarters, but two years ago it was said that a nearby nuclear power plant had leaked, turning the entire city into a dead zone.

So he refused to waste time and flew directly toward Raccoon City in a straight line.
If Wesker actually had the guts to drop another peacekeeping warhead right on top of Raccoon City—that would be something to admire!
Besides, even if Wesker really did lose his mind, the Red Queen would stop him.
Beneath the Hive were cryogenic pods containing over forty thousand Umbrella executives, aristocrats, politicians, and tycoons—essentially all the elites who controlled the lifeblood of the world.
If Wesker dared drop another nuke on Raccoon City, he wouldn't even need Li to act—the Red Queen herself would kill him with highest-level authority.
"The Hive's entrance is over there!"After parking the helicopter, Jill led the other two to a broken expressway bridge and pointed at a massive crater ahead.
It was a huge spherical crater about two kilometers in diameter—the result of the nuclear explosion back then.
As the first location where the T-virus outbreak occurred, and later mutated by nuclear radiation, Raccoon City had now become the most dangerous place on the planet. There were no low-level zombies here—only bizarre and terrifying bio-mutants filled the entire city.
On their way in, they had encountered two flying-dragon-like monsters. According to the sensors, they seemed to be bats infected with the T-virus, then mutated further under radiation, unlocking some ancient genetic traits—hence their horrifying appearance.
But creatures that could qualify as a boss fight in a video game had no ability to resist an Apache helicopter. Claire simply operated the chain gun and turned the two flying bat-dragons into honeycombs.
The entrance to the Hive was located at the bottom of the crater—a massive circular tunnel mouth embedded there. The three moved quickly, sliding down from the expressway and making their way toward the pipe entrance.
Along the way, mutated creatures occasionally leapt out, but with the women's excellent marksmanship and Li Qingyuan's warnings, those monsters served only as free experience points and nothing more.
But as the three were about to reach the door, they encountered something unexpected.
"Alice? Isaacs?"Seeing the two unexpected figures appear, Jill asked in disbelief.
Why were these two here?
"Jill!"Alice spotted her old friend and rushed over immediately.
Thud!
She slammed straight into a man's chest. Just as Alice was about to hug Jill, Li Qingyuan grabbed Jill and instantly switched positions.
"What are you doing? I'm warning you—don't bully Alice!"Jill pinched him irritably. This guy was going too far.
"I'm making sure she's not an enemy. What if this isn't the Alice you know, but an Umbrella-made clone weapon?"Li Qingyuan announced righteously. His upright attitude made Jill momentarily feel like she was the unreasonable one.
Honestly, though, Alice really wasn't all that. When she crashed into him just now, it actually hurt his chest.
"You must be Jill's boyfriend, Li, right? Nice to meet you. I'm the real Alice. That Isaacs over there says he's the clone, but I'm not entirely sure!"Alice hurriedly introduced herself.
"What are the two of you doing here?"After Jill and Alice confirmed she wasn't a clone, the five of them gathered to talk.
"Isaacs said all the secrets are here. As long as I come, I'll know everything!"Alice pointed at Isaacs.
"My real body is here. I can feel it. I must kill him—only then will I be the true Isaacs!"The Isaacs clone said coldly.
Great. This guy was completely driven mad by his ego and identity crisis.
When Li Qingyuan spared this dog's life earlier, he had already considered this possibility. Isaacs was dangerous—every clone he made tried to kill the original and replace him. If the real Isaacs knew all his clones wanted him dead, he'd probably think twice before cloning himself again.
"You're weak as hell. What's the point of bringing dead weight?"Li Qingyuan curled his lip. If this Isaacs had already transformed himself into a Tyrant model, then maybe he'd be useful. But after finding out he was a clone, the man had completely abandoned the human-virus hybrid plan. Now he was nothing but a burden.
"I can develop a T-virus immunity vaccine. And now, with Alice—the perfect compatible host—as my sample, as long as you give me sufficient resources, I can develop an immunity vaccine within three months!"The Isaacs clone said confidently.
He was a scientist—no way he'd fight anyone directly.
As for the original Isaacs's T-virus apocalypse plan?
That was the original's business. Nothing to do with him.
Once he killed the original, he would be the true Dr. Isaacs. Saving the world would be far more glorious than destroying it.
"Fine. You're in."Li Qingyuan nodded. He had already considered the possibility that the Hive might not contain the vaccine due to the time shift caused by his arrival. With this guy here, even if the Hive didn't have the cure, they could create one.
"Now we need to figure out how to breach the Hive."Alice pulled a tablet from her backpack and projected a holographic structural map of the Hive.
