"Wei Wei," Qing Ke called. "I'm going out to look for Shuang'er. She's going to need help with a lot of people coming over."
The light in Ning Wei's eyes lit up as she recalled what Ling Shuang had planned.
Last time they talked, Ling Shuang mentioned that the boys wanted to see her again. After thinking it over and discussing it with her grandfather, Ning Wei decided to invite the boys to her debut party.
The boys have always been supportive of her. When the news came out, the boys did not blame her for lying. Instead, they said that they understood her situation.
Ning Wei decided that she wanted to have the boys at the party.
At least, other than Ling Shuang and her mother, there would be a few people she would know.
"Mhm…" Ning Wei nodded. "I know. Miss Qing, don't you worry about me." She held Peng Ying Tao's hand. "My grandma is here to accompany me."
Qing Ke gave her daughter one last look before leaving the room.
The door closed with a soft thud.
