Big Ben approached Luciano in his office room the next morning.
"I heard you're leaving," Luciano said as he took a seat.
"I was supposed to last night, but considering the circumstances." He shrugged.
Luciano nodded. "I understand. Thank you for everything."
"You're welcome," he leaned out, and cleared his throat. "You were right. There's a gap in my memory. I was definitely drugged. But I hope I was able to help out."
"More than you know. I have everything I need. Soon, I'll get to the root of all of this."
"Good, good. Valentina said she didn't see you again yesterday, even though you said you'd return to her. Is there a problem?"
Luciano sighed. "No, not really. There are just things I need to focus on for now. Valentina is well– she's a distraction. I'd have to stay away for a while."
"Are you sure about that? What about the twins?"
"I have a plan on how to work around that. Anyway, thanks a lot. I wish you well. My regards to Bianca too."
