"Why has my car not arrived yet, Elio?"
Elio, at the garage in a conversation with Marcello, turned his head behind to find Valentina and Natalia staring at him.
"Ask him." He quickly pointed at Marcello who gave him the stink eye, but smiled as he moved his gaze to Valentina.
"I can absolutely explain," he said.
"Go on." She folded her hands, and nudged him with her head.
"It's customs. They've been acting very weird. The car is ready. Just customs."
"Customs, heh? When will customs release the car?"
"Soon. I promise. I'll talk to Signor Sa–" he paused.
"Salvatore? Because you know he's still locked up in that piss place. Seriously, it's been a whole week. What the fuck is wrong with your boss?" she shook her head.
Marcello and Elio gave themselves a peculiar look, but didn't say a word.
"I definitely missed a whole lot around here. Anyway, as long you make sure the car arrives when you say it will, everything should be fine. Val? Should we go in now?" Natalia asked.
