Keifer's POV
So today, we organised a ceremony to announce the wedding. Only two days are left until my wedding, and then everything will change…
I was getting ready for the function. As always, I wore a black coat.
Since we were staying at the hotel, I went straight to Jay's room.
"Jay, open the door," I said, knocking.
"Don't you have the keys?" she asked.
As soon as she replied, I remembered that I already had the keys.
I opened the door, walked inside, and locked it behind me.
"Aren't you ready yet?" I asked as I sat on the couch, looking around for her.
She came out of the changing room, and the moment I saw her, my eyes were fixed on her.
She looked absolutely gorgeous in the black dress.
You're looking really gorgeous. I commented
Really? She asked happily
Ohh her cute smile makes her look more beautiful.
Really, you'll definitely steal the spotlight. I replied
Ahh, but I'm nervous, what will everyone say? Your cousins & other relatives? She asked, a little scared.
I came near her, then hugged her, resting her head on my chest.
Just don't worry ok, if anything happens, I'll take care of it, okay. Replied to her encouragingly.
I was clinging to him when he made me sit on the couch.
"I already had a four-to-five-hour nap in the afternoon," I said, stopping him.
"Okay, then just sit here," he replied.
Suddenly, the door burst open.
It was Mumma (Keifer's mom).
"Wow, Jay, you're looking really beautiful," she commented.
"Mumma, look at him. He's bothering me," I complained to her.
"How did you get in, Mumma?" Keifer interrupted in the middle.
"Don't you know whose mother I am?" she replied to him, then turned to me.
"Jay, she's coming here soon," Mumma said.
"Okay, now you go," I said, turning to Keifer.
But he didn't move and was still sitting there.
"Just do what she said," Mumma warned him.
He quickly got up, started walking toward the door and went outside.
When he left, Mumma came to me and held my hands.
"Jay, you don't have to be afraid at all. Don't be nervous—just stay calm. And yes,
whatever happens, we'll face it together, okay?" she said, then kissed my forehead.
"You always behave like my mumma, even more than her," I said.
Then Mumma and Tita came back with some servants and the makeup artist.
"Jay, you've already put on the dress?" Mumma asked.
"Then what do you think I'm wearing right now, Mumma?" I asked.
"I was just asking casually, because you are my daughter and you should have wore something more grand correct" Mumma replied.
"It's fine mumma this is more than enough" I answered
"Come on, time is running out. You have to get ready quickly," Tita said, pulling me toward a chair to sit.
(An hour later)
Mumma, Tita, Aries, Ella, Kuya, and Honey were sitting at a round table.
Then I saw Ci-n, David, Yuri, and the rest of them.
When he saw me, he quickly came toward me and hugged me.
"Jay, it's really nice to see you after so long."
"By the way, where were you guys?" I asked, giving them a suspicious look.
"We all went to different countries for our jobs, but I'm sorry to hear that you were kidnapped," he said.
"Yes, Edrix told us that you were…" Yuri started.
"Leave all that aside. You guys have met after so many days—can't you talk about something else?" I asked.
"Oh, we were just asking," David replied.
Just then, the host suddenly made an announcement.
"So guys, pay attention here. Are you all ready?"
Then Keifer went up on stage and took the mic.
"So, I'm here to announce something. Jay, please come," he said, offering his hand from a little distance away.
I started walking toward him. When I reached the stage, he held my hand and started speaking again.
"I want to announce that I'm going to get married."
(A pause)
Then…
"To the girl who changed me completely, who taught me how to smile, who has always taken care of me—the girl whom I have loved more than myself.
When I was all alone and thought there was no one to love me, she came into my life.
Today, I want to tell everyone that I'm going to marry the love of my life—my Jay," he said, looking straight into my eyes.
Ahh, this all feels really unbelievable. I'm getting married so soon I said in my mind.
He said many other things, which I couldn't listen to carefully because I was lost in his eyes. Then he kissed my hand.
"And guys, I want you all to meet someone after so long," he said, pointing toward his mumma.
Mumma came onto the stage, and my eyes quickly landed on his relatives.

They were looking confused & shocked.
