.....
In this garden, stood one person and floated another.
The one who stood was a man that was about 5'9 feet tall in height, had caramel skin, a fair yet bulky physique and wore are black suit and a white long sleeved shirt.
And who floated mid air was a woman. Her physique was slim, her skin a smooth chantilly color, her eyes a thin almond shaped, thin pink lips and she wore a deep blue dress.
The man is seen standing his head faced into the sky. He was stood motionless, his face expressionless, his breathes were still yet...
"I thought you'd be happy to know that you're body is alive?"
"Yah~~ I~ a-am."
Shaky. Mason responded as Crimson veins seemed to grow from the rear ends of his eyes, but...
"Then why do you wanna cry? You know that your making me feel bad?" Amaris stated with concern.
"No its just... I uh... I'm happy."
"Yes, that's how you were supposed to react Mason..." Amaris stated with a discerning tone in her voice.
"Haha. If only... we had more time... I'd tell you why Amaris... I would tell you so much you'd actually wished you hadn't."
He smiled and said as he sipped a tear away and looked at Amaris with that same look.
Ba-thump!
'Hm? What... what was that just now...?"
A sudden beat in her chest caught her off gaurd as in her mind time seemed to slow as a slight gust of wind passed by the two.
Mason now looked warmer, more open and the most vulnerable he'd ever been around her. This... must have been what seemed to have caused to react that way.
Amaris although didn't panic because if this new feeling... she instead open her mouth and said, "So, Mason. Shall I continue with my history lesson."
Mason whose gaze was still focused on her nodded in response as she then disappeared into thin air once more.
Mason sat down and looked into the weird night sky not with happiness nor sadness but with the will to do what needed to be done.
And right now what had to be done was...
"Now I ask you do you know how your soul got here?"
"I dunno, it floated here or something?"
"Wow that's a great way to respond for someone who sulking just a minute ago."
"Almost. Is the word I think your missing there."
"Yah yah. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is everything and everyone that moves has a way or path they take in order to reach their desired destination, right?" Mason nodded in response as Amaris then added, "That must mean your soul had to have used a pathway in order to get here. And so that brings up the question..."
"What is that path?" Mason finished as Amaris passed a gush of wind by his face to confirm his suspicions.
"And the answer is... the great bound."
"The great bound?"
"The great bound."
"What is that?" Mason mused in wonder.
"For unexplainable reasons... I can't tell you really. But.... what I can tell you is that its more like a string that connects our worlds."
"But... it can't just be connected or left in a straight line, no. There has to be something or things that its attached or connected to, right...?"
Mason nodded in response as Amaris then added, "Now tell me Mason, what is the source of power in your world?"
"The magna sphere, but why?" Mason answered as he stroked his chin slightly.
"Correct and now that's where this whole lesson was meant to end. You see When Harry was busy looking for unique creatures to take pictures of, he instead stumbled on a unique looking tree."
"Its leaves ranged in colors white, yellow, blue and green. When he did he tried taking about three photos of it, but..."
"But what Amy but what!?" Mason demanded with eagerness.
"The photos came out as blank."
"Huh? Blank?" Mason mused completely dumbfounded by Amaris's statement.
"Yes they came out blank, white as a paper and had no image whatsoever. And Harry was baffled by this and so he checked the camera he was using and everything with it was fine. So he raised a brow and thought to himself 'I know this is dangerous, but... I should, no I must see what this tree behold.' And with that he took his first step and drew closer into the start of a story that would shift the fate of humanity."
Mason sat and stared into the night like sky, but his face expression was a mix of any things; shock, amazement, curiosity, wonder and astonishment. All this but no clear emotion he felt could describe how he felt in that moment just because of Amaris's words.
"So... what happened next... didn't you say that there were two guys who found the magna sphere?"
"Yes they were, and to skip the long story... when Chad found Harry they were ina dire situation which caused them to be transported somewhere."
"They... were transported to..." Mason pondered as the wind gushed besides him once again and then his eyes shot, his jaw dropped and he straightened his back upright.
"The great bound."
"Ha ha ha. That's why I like you boy. Ah ha ha ha ha..." Amaris laughed joyously as if she had just been given a whole universe as a prize of her own.
"Wait then what happened right after?" Mason mused with eagerly once more.
"I'd love to tall you, but... that's not part of the lesson for now. Now that you a little more than most should I advise you to keep it from anyone."
"Hah.... fine. Go on."
Mason sighed in disappointment.
"Haha. Let's make a deal boy."
Mason who heard this immediately looked up into the sky once again.
"Ahhh good boy. Hehehe."
"Get to the damn point already, time's not a g you know."
"Yes yes, now you see I need help taking of some unfinished business back on earth."
"My earth of this one?"
"This one obviously. Now you see, not a long while ago something of mine was stolen. It was a small thing at that, but still mine. Not very important, but still mine." Amaris stated with a dismissive tone.
"Oh... tell. me. more." Mason said which a responsive smirk.
But oblivious to the two another presence was in the midst of this garden or...
'Hm.... when gonna join us though? I'd like to think that he is one of them?' Mason pondered in thought with same smirk that had patched itself on his face.
Could that be the reason for his reaction? Or not?
Well that can't be determined right now because however much Mason knows at this point, is a mystery to us all.
