Chapter 277 - Chapter 277: Where Is My Cousin!?

"Mikaela, this time I really have to leave… I must leave Earth."

Fenric hesitated, unsure of how to explain it. Mikaela remained silent for a while before finally asking softly, "Ric… are you going to save another planet?"

Over the past two days, after witnessing the Transformers and meeting Optimus Prime, she had come to understand that the universe was far larger than Earth alone. Her mysterious, powerful boyfriend—who once tore the head off a raging Transformer with a single hand—was clearly not bound by ordinary human limits.

So, when Fenric said he had to leave, Mikaela was already somewhat prepared.

"Yes," Fenric admitted smoothly.

"Ric… will you come back?" Mikaela asked, her voice tinged with reluctance.

"Of course," Fenric lied with a reassuring smile. "But it might be a long time before I return."

Mikaela straightened, determination flashing in her eyes. "Then I'll wait for you."

Fenric chuckled and scooped her into his arms. "Come on, I'll introduce you to a new friend."

He led her to a secluded warehouse. Inside, a sleek Chevrolet Camaro was parked.

"It's Bumblebee," Fenric said. "Come out and greet your new master!"

The car rumbled, parts shifting with mechanical clatters—kachakacha!—and within moments, the vehicle transformed into a towering Autobot.

Mikaela had seen Transformers before, so she wasn't overly shocked, though curiosity sparkled in her gaze. "Ric, is this…?"

"From now on, Bumblebee will protect you," Fenric explained with a smile.

Bumblebee bowed slightly, his repaired sound system emitting a clear voice. "It will be my honor to serve you, miss."

When Fenric had handed the AllSpark to Optimus Prime, he made only one request: that Mikaela be protected. He knew that with her involvement, the government would inevitably target her. While he was present, they dared not act. But once he was gone… trouble was certain.

Fenric would not simply abandon her. Entrusting her to the Autobots was the least he could do.

"Ric… you're too good to me," Mikaela whispered, throwing herself into his embrace.

They held each other tightly for a long moment. Finally, Fenric glanced at the time, gently patted her shoulder, and said, "Mikaela, it's time. I have to go."

She looked up into his eyes, unwilling to let go. "Ric… you must never forget me."

"I won't," Fenric promised.

And with that, he vanished before her eyes.

Ding—!

A mechanical voice rang through Samsara Space:

"Congratulations, Samsara Player! Shura has performed exceptionally in the dungeon world Transformers. Within five days, he slew 23,111 mechanical lifeforms, far surpassing the requirements, and has achieved a Super God evaluation! Perfect rank: SSS!"

The announcement echoed through the plaza, the dungeon halls, and even the worlds where other Samsaras were still on missions.

By now, most Samsaras were numb to hearing of Shura's constant Super God ratings. Yet a few who had also entered the Transformers dungeon couldn't hide their astonishment.

"F***ing hell! Twenty-three thousand? Where did Shura even find that many mechanical lifeforms?"

"Earth shouldn't have had that many! Why didn't I encounter them?"

"Too exaggerated… He must've gone straight to the Transformers' nest!"

"Yeah, that's the only way. But… how did he even get to Cybertron?"

"Oh please, it's Shura. His foundations are terrifying. When we entered that dungeon, even knowing about Cybertron, none of us dared to go—it was suicide."

In a bar inside Samsara Space, a group of Samsaras were discussing loudly.

At another table, several stronger Samsaras were drinking together.

"Another Super God evaluation? This Shura really is something else."

"Hey, Lone Wolf, I heard your cousin—the one nicknamed Turkey—entered the Transformers dungeon tonight. Wasn't he with Shura?"

At the mention of his cousin, the scarred Samsara known as Lone Wolf stiffened slightly. His expression turned serious.

"…Yes. He went in with Shura."

The others perked up with interest.

"Then your cousin must've gained a lot! Even if Shura hogged the best rewards, Turkey should've at least gotten a mouthful of soup, right?"

"Maybe he even learned the method to achieve Super God! Lone Wolf, I've got a younger sister entering that dungeon soon. If your cousin has Shura's strategy, maybe you can share it with us? I'll even trade you my Corpse-Raising Gu."

"Count me in too!" another Samsara laughed.

Lone Wolf gave a faint smile. "No problem. Once Turkey comes out, I'll bring him here to toast you all."

They all laughed and drank.

A while later, Lone Wolf checked his communication list. Turkey's name was still dark, showing him as offline.

"…Probably in his warehouse, dividing loot with his team," Lone Wolf muttered. In alliance mode, items could be freely distributed after missions, and the system displayed allies as offline to avoid interruptions.

He sent a voice message anyway: "Turkey, when you're done, come to the bar. I'll introduce you to some brothers."

Twenty minutes passed.

Turkey didn't come. His name remained dark.

Lone Wolf's expression grew grim. The others began to sense something was wrong.

"Don't worry too much, Lone Wolf. Maybe he just logged off to rest. My sister's like that too—always sleeps right after finishing a dungeon."

"Yeah, maybe he's just tired."

But Lone Wolf frowned deeply. He knew his cousin well. After every dungeon, Turkey always came straight to the bar to drink, celebrate, and brag.

He rose from his seat. "Brothers, drink without me. I'll check offline."

They nodded.

Lone Wolf vanished from Samsara Space for a short while. When he returned, his face was pale.

The others didn't need to ask. His expression told them everything—Turkey had failed to return from the dungeon.
