His eyes narrowed. The Fire Source itself? That's a weapon of mass upheaval!
If something like this were to leak into society, the chaos would be unimaginable. In the hands of terrorists, the world itself might fall into ruin.
Yet this was merely a dungeon reward. Fenric suspected at once that it couldn't be the original. The word "modified" gave it away—it had to be a weakened, castrated version.
Sure enough, the moment his hand brushed the cube, the system prompt appeared:

Not only did flame grant him added offense, but its heat-resistance effect could nullify most of the Golden Sage King's radiant attacks. Unless he simply stood still and allowed himself to be roasted, Fenric was virtually untouchable to that threat now.

Fenric began experimenting to see which attacks could be imbued with flame.
As expected, not all abilities were compatible. His telekinetic power and the thunder summoned through Thor's Hammer resisted the flame augmentation.

Fists, weapons, martial arts techniques—every strike could blaze.
He punched once, and a blazing fist of fire roared forth, reminiscent of Fire Fist Ace from One Piece.
When he drew the Empyrean Divine Sword and activated his flame, the entire blade ignited, transforming into the Empyrean Divine Fire Sword.
Even his Buddha Palm carried searing heat now—colossal burning palms capable of reducing the world itself to cinders.
