What else could she not understand from that look? She snatched the pillow with lightning speed and lunged. "SU YE YOU—!!"
He burst out laughing as she began beating him with all the righteous fury of a betrayed wife.
"Hahaha—wife—ow—my Oscar is waiting—ow—!"
"YOU SHAMELESS HUMAN! SCAMMER! CON ARTIST!"
She hit him like she was trying to exorcise a demon out of his soul. He grabbed the pillow mid-swing, tossed it aside, caught her wrist, and in one swift, cheeky move—peck.
He kissed her.
Tang Xiyu froze mid-attack.
And Su Ye bolted. Taking advantage of her stunned look, he dashed off the bed, sprinted across the room, and shut the bathroom door behind him faster than a villain escaping danger.

The door slammed. Tang Xiyu blinked slowly, coming out of her daze and finally exhaled a furious breath. "SU YE! COME OUT HERE! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"
