Prologue: Awakening in the Void

> "In the beginning, there was nothing. And yet, everything had already changed. »

I didn't feel anything. No pain, no light, no scream. Just a silent, imperceptible shift. And yet, everything had changed. That day, without knowing it, I was born a second time. Or maybe for the first time, really.

Before meeting the true god, I didn't understand who I was. I was special, it's true — but as is often the case, you only realize your uniqueness after losing it. It was only in a suspended moment, in the heart of the cosmos and the void, that I began to think. To exist.

But let's not skip ahead. Let's start from the beginning. Slowly. At our own pace. Let's go back to the present.

---

My first life was also the worst. I was an ordinary human named Sanemi Hiro. Nothing exceptional. Just a calm young man, too calm perhaps. Like the ocean before the storm. And then, one day, Truck-kun mowed me down. An absurd, silent, almost poetic death. A hurricane without noise. A smooth ending.

But this life, as brief as it was, was founding. She gave me a shape. A conscience. Before her, I was nothing. After her, I became… something else.

---

Imagine a drop of water. Pure. Transparent. Without receptacle. This is what I was. A spirit floating in the void, without body, without time. Only my thoughts existed — and again, is that really existence? A philosophical debate that I have had with myself for millennia.

Then, one day, I became a real drop. I believe. Difficult to say without a biological clock. But after millions of cycles, I finally fell off a leaf, slid down a branch, and landed in a puddle.

And then… everything changed.

---

In this puddle, I discovered an unsuspected ability: expansion. Or rather, contamination. I could absorb the water around me, integrate it into my body, control the electrons. 100%, I became master of my own movement.

I struggled to stabilize a circular shape. A perfect sphere. And when I succeeded… I was euphoric. Finally free! Finally alive! Finally… mobile.

But water has no eyes. So I fashioned an aqueous lens to perceive my surroundings. It was rudimentary, but sufficient to distinguish light, obstacles, and night. Animals? Too blurry. The dangers? Too late.

I froze. Motionless. Like a crystal ball forgotten in a dense forest. And I said to myself, "Sometimes the simplest solution is the best." »

---

I waited. Years. Decades. I stopped counting after ten years. Then a hundred. To pass the time, I organized galactic battles with electrons and photons. Lasers, duels, sagas. Star Wars, quantum version.

And then… one day, a man picked me up.

This was the beginning of my great Isekai adventure.

My only thought? "Make there interesting waifus, with good faces and good minds. I don't want to fight a bad waifu. »

Spoiler: this otaku wish was not granted. But we'll talk about that again.
