Nami called out to Anchor, "I will take care of the ship, help Gin and Usopp." She said while taking the wheel of the ship.
Anchor nodded looking over the crew once more, "We didn't leave any one behind? Did we?"
Everyone shook their head, all of them were on the ship. Still, Anchor had to make sure. It would be stupid to return here if they left anyone by mistake.
And right then two individuals —giant individuals— called out, "WAIT!"
All of the straw hats blinked looking at the giants that were running towards them. Law grabbed his sword, while others prepared. But Yosaku was the one to speak, "Hey, hold up guys. I think they aren't here to attack."
Hearing that everyone looked at him, but nodded. Still, they were tense.
The giants dragged themselves towards the ship, before stopping right in front of their ship. "Please, take us with you!"
All of the straw hats blinked, and Yosaku burst out into laughter, "So gonna leave your post?"
The giants looked at each other and nodded, "We have to find our captain! Please take us!" Oimo said.
"Yeah, we have to find our captain. Dorry and Broggy!" Kashii added, "The marines followed us… we have no obligation to stay here."
Usopp blinked and looked between the giants, "You guys are part of the Giant Warrior Pirates?" he asked, a smile crawling up his face, "Why are you guys… doesn't matter. Get on board."
The giants blinked and cringed when they noticed the ship was too small for them. But before they could say anything they started to shrink. They panicked at first, before Usopp reassured them and took them to the ship.
Even though Usopp was injured, he didn't mind helping out the Giants if it was possible. Though, Anchor and others on the crew did make a note to keep an eye on them.
Law didn't care anymore, his new crew really had a way to get new allies in unusual ways. With that Usopp and Gin were taken to the medical bay.
Nami also pointed to Cricket to take Hatchan with him there, as the six-armed Fishman literally had a hole in his stomach, but was acting tough. The giants —who were normal-sized now— helped in any way possible.
Aisa and Groot were also helping in any way possible, but with most of the crewmembers being injured, it took a bit for Going Merry to start sailing again.
The Going Merry sailed the ocean, with most of its crewmates lying on the deck. Nami was stirring the ship, while Anchor and Cricket helped in any way possible. Law had his hands full with the injured so Nami was doing most of the work. Luckily for her, her maple powers helped a lot with that.
Also, the giants helped, they might be normal sized but both Oimo and Kashii were peddling hard on the maple construct helping the ship start sailing. Soon enough they were back at the wild sea, heading back to Water Seven.
Rain poured, and storms appeared, indicating that Aqua Laguna was still playing a part in the bad weather incident.
Massive waves tossed the ship about violently, sending cold spray across the deck and threatening to swamp the battered vessel. The dark, swirling waters seemed intent on claiming the Going Merry and her wounded crew.
Only Nami's expert navigation kept them afloat amidst the towering swells and whipping winds. She fought to keep the rudder steady, her keen eyes scanning the horizon for routes through the building storm.
Before long the sky cleared out a bit, making Nami release a sigh. The waves calmed down giving the navigator a break, "I'm so used to the ship getting pulled by Momoo that…" she said dropping down to a nearby chair to catch some rest.
With the sky clearing up a bit, they were sailing with their sails. Nami had taken the long way out of Enies Lobby, to throw off anyone that might pursue their ship. It made it seem like they were heading for another island, not Water Seven.
The Going Merry sailed the calm waves, and with the calm waves, anyone wouldn't even consider how chaotic the weather was just a few moments ago.
Where previously the sea was chaotic with dark thunder clouds roaring thunder, now it was calm and quite. Soon enough thick fog started to block their vision. But Nami wasn't worried.
They were just crossing the northern part of the sea, where large pillars of natural earth were standing tall. Each one being thick enough to hold a small town above. And, for anyone, it would have been tough to navigate, for Nami was just a challenge that needed to be overcome..
She had taken the route, for a reason. It was a terrine mentioned in the log books of Tsurara Oikawa. It was a relatively safe place to sail through. Though most of the time ships did get lost here but the place wasn't too dangerous. Even with the large pillars of the earth being scattered around.
They were almost like nails in the sea, standing tall and daunting pillars of earth. Each one could be considered a small island, but they were too small for their magnetic waves to be registered as islands. Large eel-like fish and small sea kings swam and parted as the ship sailed.
In the grandline, they were unofficial islands, islands that were too small to be logged by log pose. Rarely did people live on them, as most of the small islands sunk or rose frequently due to the harsh weather of the sea.
Hatchan who's wounds were wrapped up looked at the fish-filled sea, wondering what dishes he could cook with them. But all of the sea kings here were actually babies, so Hatchan decided not to hunt any. It was kind of cruel in his opinion to hunt something that didn't even mature fully. But still, the sea was calm enough that the Fishman was tempted to go for a swim.
Right then Aisa's ears perked up, picking up something while others didn't. She looked straight to ahead, her eyes wide. "There's another ship coming from the opposite way!" she said, bringing all of their attention to her.
Everyone was now bandaged up, but most of them were in no condition to fight.
"Is it a pirate ship? Or a Navy ship?" Grin asked.
"It could be a merchant ship," Usopp suggested, and almost hoped it was. His body was even preventing him from moving, let alone for a fight. With the pillars of earth pillars and fog covering the vision, they didn't have visibility. But it also worked in their favor as they could easily hide if it was needed.
