Yui covered her mouth, stifling a light laugh. She always found it amusing to watch her father and Hong Hong interact.
Even though Hong Hong was technically her Papa's summoned creature, their compatibility seemed severely lacking.
Having finally escaped Yusei's grasp, Hong Hong stopped showing off in front of him and cautiously nestled in Yui's arms.
Perhaps she hadn't realized it herself, but she, a proud Mount Tu's fox spirit, was gradually turning into a pet fox.
"Sorry for the wait." Asuna, who had deliberately applied some light makeup, looked even more beautiful and captivating.
She usually didn't wear makeup, but for today's special family date, she wanted to look her best.
Of course, Yui was the first one Asuna had finished getting ready.
As Asuna put it, the mother-daughter pair couldn't let Yusei lose honor.
Yusei could only smile wryly at this. In his opinion, Asuna and Yui were extremely beautiful even without makeup.
A faint, fresh fragrance wafted by as Asuna, holding Yui's hand, gave Yusei a gentle smile.
"Shall we go, Yusei-kun?"
"Mhmm." Yusei nodded.
For their first real-world family date, Yusei had given some thought to where to go.
If it were just him and Asuna, they would typically go to places like the movies or a park.
But since Yui was with them today, Yusei's plan was to go to an amusement park first, then find a scenic spot to relax.
The so-called 'scenic spot' was essentially a quiet, secluded place.
Both Yusei and Asuna preferred tranquility. To be more accurate, it seemed everyone in his family except Tohru liked quiet places.
Tohru used to like bustling places because she enjoyed breathing fire in crowded areas during her wars with humans.
But the current Tohru, who loved daily life, no longer favored noisy places.
"So, the first destination is the amusement park. Do you want to go, Yui?" Yusei patted Yui's head.
"Mhmm! As long as I'm with Papa and Mama, I'm happy anywhere!" Yui beamed.
The largest and most well-equipped amusement park in Tokyo was still Disneyland.
However, since it was in Chiba Prefecture, they initially considered taking the train, but Tokyo's subway was too crowded. So, Yusei simply hailed a taxi to take them directly there.
Even though it wasn't a weekend, Yusei had anticipated the amusement park would still be packed.
Upon arrival, the situation was manageable, at least not as shoulder-to-shoulder as the subway station.
For the entire morning, Yusei took Yui to try various rides.
Yusei's handsomeness and Asuna's beauty attracted many glances. But when people noticed Yui with them, calling them 'Papa' and 'Mama', they were inwardly astonished, thinking this attractive couple had married rather early.
Watching Yui and Hong Hong on the roller coaster for what felt like the umpteenth time, Yusei and Asuna waited for them on a bench below.
Perhaps some innate nature had been unleashed. It was Yui and Hong Hong's... well, they'd lost count, but they never seemed to get bored, always excited each time.
So, Yusei and Asuna just waited for them below.
Holding Asuna's soft hand, Yusei shifted his gaze from the smiling Yui and the excitedly shouting Hong Hong in the air to look at Asuna.
"Do your parents know about us?" Yusei asked.
Asuna leaned against Yusei, enjoying his comforting presence, and gently shook her head, "Mom and Dad know I have some connection with you, but they don't know the specifics of our relationship, nor do they know we have such a lovely daughter like Yui."
As she spoke, Asuna's face turned a shade of red, looking very cute. It was still a bit embarrassing for an eighteen-year-old girl to say things like 'we have a lovely daughter'.
Yusei smiled and kissed Asuna's forehead, "Then I should find time to visit your parents. We can hold off on telling them about Yui for now, but they should know about us."
"Mhmm, that might be best. They might accept me having a boyfriend, but suddenly having a granddaughter... I think any parent would struggle with that," Asuna said, playfully sticking out her tongue.
"Who says? We accepted it, didn't we? Back when Yui..." The two whispered intimately, reminiscing about their time in SAO, especially the ordinary and daily life on the 22nd floor.
Sometimes, Asuna genuinely grew tired of the city's skyscrapers and bustling traffic, yearning for the peaceful and serene days they had in SAO.
But perhaps only people like Asuna and Yusei felt this way. For them, SAO was a place of relaxation and beauty, but for most players, it was a hell where death could come at any moment.
Around noon, the young couple, Yusei and Asuna, took their daughter to a nearby restaurant for lunch.
This brings up one of their good habits. Generally, unless Yusei had urgent matters, they liked to take an afternoon nap.
Today, even though they were on a date, Yusei still planned to find a beautiful, scenic spot for their family of three to rest in the afternoon.
For lunch, Yusei and Asuna found a nice restaurant. However, while dining, they encountered someone completely unexpected.
"Mom?!" Asuna exclaimed in surprise, looking at the stern yet beautiful woman before her.
At the famous restaurant Yusei had chosen, they unexpectedly ran into Asuna's mother. She seemed to be meeting friends, sitting across from another woman who appeared to be around the same age.
Yuuki Kyoko, upon seeing her daughter, was also momentarily stunned. Her gaze immediately shifted to the young man beside Asuna.
"I believe you are one of the survivors from SAO with Asuna, correct? What are you doing here together?" Kyoko asked, puzzled.
