Chapter 210 - Chapter 139: Comparable to Coby..._2

It's no big deal for a kingdom to secretly organize pirates; that's the kingdom's own business. But when it escalates to the Navy level, it's different. The Navy can't possibly ignore pirates unless they are bribed, allowing the Navy base here to turn a blind eye.

But no matter what, it's none of Sage's concern.

He just wants to plunder!

Three hours later, the strange vehicle built by Renedia reached its destination, allowing them to see the ocean, and ahead they could see White Harbor.

As a commercial port town, it not only sells stone but also hosts many merchants conducting business, trading items not found in this stone-laden country into the kingdom.

The circulation of Belly here is certainly substantial, and leveraging the industries here can earn a lot of money.

This is all Sage's target!

"Navy."

Hawkins gazed at the approaching White Harbor and said coolly, "Looks like they've received orders to intercept us."

In front of the town, a massive gathering of white figures, numbering at least a thousand.

After all, there's a Navy base here, and it's not far from White Harbor. As a Navy base on the Grand Line, there are typically around a thousand personnel, and this seems to be most of them deployed.

With so many people, ordinary pirates indeed wouldn't dare to come— even Hawkins, before joining the Disaster Pirates, wouldn't have troubled a Navy base.

How could there be pirates actively seeking out the Navy...

Moreover, a typical pirate crew numbers only dozens to a couple of hundred people, surely unable to tackle a stationed Navy base.

But now...

He attached a few Tarot Cards to the straw, calmly saying, "Intercept success rate 0.1%, looks like they won't be able to stop us."

Within the Navy ranks, at the forefront stood a Navy officer clad in a cape, shouting loudly, "I am Headquarter Navy Rear Admiral Tomo, halt immediately, you're under arrest!"

"Can't you come up with something different? Every time there's a Navy encounter, they have to say this."

Sage sneered, "If you have the power to arrest me, what's the point of wasting words? If you don't, there's even less need to talk nonsense, Lily."

"Action!"

Lily then shouted into the Radio Snail, commanding the Death Star ship, which had arrived at the White Harbor area, to take action. Hanging up, she stood up, drew her blade White Thunder, aimed forward, and commanded, "All able hands, draw your weapons, accelerate, and ram the cars through!"

"Shoot!"

The Navy Rear Admiral raised his arm and commanded at these bizarre, roughly assembled four-wheeled carts accelerating rather than stopping.

The Navy behind him took their positions, squatting in the front row, standing straight in the back, and pulled their triggers.

Bang, bang, bang!

Lead bullets burst from the barrels, forming a huge fan shape and raining down on those carts.

"Power Cannon!"

Renedia extended the Mechanical Hammer, twisted its handle towards the front, firing a cannonball— firmly against the lead bullets— exploding amongst the Navy ranks.

Marika smiled as she lifted the box filled with ironware, using her arm strength to hurl it forward like a bowling ball. The massive box surface was pierced by lead bullets, quickly cracking and causing the ironware inside to scatter, crashing into the crowd, instantly clearing a corner.

Lily on the other hand focused sharply in a particular direction, tightly gripping her sword hilt, and with a fierce slash forward, "Flying Bird!"

A slash resembling a swallow issued from the sword blade, deflecting oncoming bullets, piercing into the Navy crowd, creating a gap amidst the densely packed ranks.

Soaring Slash!

After defeating that Sky Island person, Lily not only mastered Observation but also grasped the Soaring Slash.

"You can be considered a Sword Master, Lily," Sage laughed heartily.

Being able to cut Iron doesn't necessarily make one a Sword Master, nor does mastering Soaring Slash.

But mastering both— you're absolutely a Sword Master!

Bang, bang, bang!

The remaining lead bullets either struck the ground near the carts or hit the vehicles themselves, most pirates hid their bodies inside the loot boxes, dodging the bullets.

Only a few unlucky ones got shot by these notoriously imprecise bullets, lying down on the car boards.

But at that moment, several carts rapidly approached the Navy ranks, crashing into them fiercely.

Boom!

The Navy hit by the vehicles were flung like petals, flying outwards, and the crew armed themselves with weapons, erupting with roars, jumping off the boards and clashing with the Navy.

Including the newly joined Demon Race, their actions were faster than cheetahs, almost simultaneously jumping down as the vehicle crashed. One punched a Navy to the ground, casually picked up a saber, and stabbed another Navy through.

These inquisitive Demons might not be good at sailing, cooking, or shipbuilding, but in combat, they're absolutely competent!

Underground Demons merely crossed 300 years, not knowing what outside looks like, not idiotically inferior...

Battle, it is an instinct of humans.

This strike directly highlighted the capabilities of the demon beings.

Even though they have no combat skills and rely purely on their physical attributes to fight, the more it happens, the more delighted Sage becomes.

These demon beings, just based on their innate qualities, were good enough—one could fight ten Navy officers without strain. Their speed and strength were impressive, and even when struck by a Navy sword, their wounds were much shallower than a normal person's.

Innately resilient!

As long as they're honed a bit, these people could be elite subordinates in the Pirates!

They could even serve as core members!

No matter how the Pirates change, his core force can maintain at least three hundred people. No matter what situation arises, as long as these people remain, he could rebuild anytime and anywhere.

Sage chuckled, "If I weren't a Pirate, with these people, I could randomly buy some land somewhere and become a landlord!"

"Norton Sage!"

The Navy Rear Admiral broke away from the battlefield, heading straight towards Sage, "Disaster! Your head is mine..."

Bang.

He didn't even finish talking when a gun barrel was pressed against his forehead, making him instinctively freeze.

Sage held an exquisite flintlock gun, aiming at his head, and said, "Let me ask you something, if you are a Rear Admiral, then you are the head of the Navy Base, right? I heard you have taken a lot of money from the local King. Where is it?"

The Navy Rear Admiral's pupils constricted, and his eyes involuntarily glanced towards the direction of the Navy Base near White Harbor.

From their location, they could even see the structure of the Navy Base.

"Very good!"

Boom!

Sage pulled the trigger, and the lead bullet pierced through the Rear Admiral's forehead, causing blood to burst from his forehead as he fell back to the ground.

He didn't need him to answer; Sage found the answer himself.

The Rear Admiral wasn't weak, but that's all he was; his body couldn't withstand gun and sword attacks, especially such a close-range fatal gunshot wound.

Even for Sage himself, without any reaction or defense, he could have his head blown off by a shot.

His body wasn't yet tough enough to ignore weapons.

And these Navy officers, although powerful, their merit was more important.

Otherwise, Smoker would have been a Vice Admiral long ago.

What? Smoker doesn't have that strength?

The gap between Navy officers, especially Vice Admirals, is greater than between Vice Admirals and Third-Class Seamen!

Boom!

Sage fired another shot into the sky, shouting, "Get a team to follow me to the Navy Base!"

Hawkins, slicing through a Navy officer, came over upon hearing and asked, "Shouldn't we wait for the people on the ship? The Navy Base's defensive strength isn't weak."

Field battles were one thing, the Navy wasn't well-prepared, but with the Navy Base, just the number of cannons was considerable, and defenses were even stricter.

Inside that base, there should be hundreds of Navy soldiers who could still fight by relying on the Navy Base.

"Why bother with that? If there's a defense, destroy it!"

Sage grinned, stepping forcefully onto the ground, unleashing a wave of air under his feet, launching himself like a cannonball towards the Navy Base using Moon Step.

After treading several waves of air, Sage clenched his fist, solidifying Armament Haki onto it.

Crackle!

Black lightning abruptly flared up around his fist.

"Fist Bone: Galaxy Impact!!"

Before reaching the Navy Base, Sage fiercely extended his fist from the sky, unleashing a Haki barrier, enveloping the entire Navy Base.

Boom!!

The base heavily crumbled downward, with its surface cracking open into massive fissures, some edges even collapsing altogether.

The power of this punch wasn't as strong as his previous close-range attacks, and Sage didn't undergo transformation.

But it didn't matter.

Collapsing the Navy Base, making it impossible for the Navy inside to react in time, was enough.
