By seven o'clock, the guests started to arrive one after another.
Fred, George, and Ron were roped in by Mrs. Weasley to act as temporary ushers, responsible for greeting guests on the path up front and leading them into the house.
"Kael, how do you think I look in this outfit? It doesn't look too shabby, does it?" Hagrid asked quietly at the door of the house.
"Huh?" Kael glanced at his furry brown suit, confidently saying, "Don't worry, regardless of who it is, they'll see at first sight how much you care about this wedding."
Wearing a thick, furry suit meant for winter in the hottest month of August—how could that not show care?
Anyway, Kael figured he certainly couldn't do the same.
"Uh..." Just then, Harry's slightly anxious voice came from beside him, "I really don't need to do something to hide my identity, like drink some Polyjuice Potion or something."
He and Sirius had reconciled. No one knew what they had talked about in that room, but when they came out, they were on good terms again.
"No need at all." Kael waved his hand, "You don't look scary enough to frighten off the guests, just use your own face."
"That's not what I mean," Harry hesitated, "What if Death Eaters know I'm here, wouldn't that cause trouble?"
"That's even less of a concern." Kael said nonchalantly, "Unless You-Know-Who comes in person, there won't be any trouble. And as it happens, You-Know-Who had just fought Professor Dumbledore a few days ago; he's likely recuperating now and probably won't dare to show up publicly anytime soon."
"Is that so?" Harry scratched his head.
"Of course." Kael gave him a reassuring glance, "Just do what you need to do, you don't have to worry about anything else."
"So what can I do?" Harry perked up, "Mrs. Weasley hasn't assigned me any task."
"Then go check on how the guest seating is arranged." Kael thought for a moment, "Also, remember to add some decorations on each seat, flowers or ribbons would be nice since it's a wedding, it should be more festive."
"No problem." Harry said happily, and he ran off.
"Decorate the seats?" Hagrid shot Kael a curious look, "If I recall correctly, wasn't that Chris's task?"
"That's right." Kael nodded, "But since Harry wanted to help, I'll just take a hit and let him have it."
"Huh?" Hagrid blinked, "Hold on, I don't quite understand what you mean?"
"Is it hard to understand?" Kael said with a serious face, "Such occasions don't come by very often, right?"
"Yes, that's true." Hagrid nodded.
There aren't many wizards getting married in these times, especially those we know. Among those preparing for marriage, he only knew of Lupin and Tonks.
"So, the more you do in such scenarios, the more engaged you feel—such a rare opportunity, isn't that a good thing?"
Hagrid nodded with a sense of vague understanding, still feeling there was something off, but thinking it over, Kael's words seemed to make sense.
Now, in the Magic Realm, such things worth celebrating are few, and participation is indeed important.
"Alright, I'll go help too." Hagrid said, then followed Harry towards the area where the chairs were being set up.
"Oh, sir, ma'am, please follow me this way."
Fred's voice came from not far away, he was walking alongside a middle-aged couple.
The woman was a witch, bearing a resemblance to Tonks, but her hair couldn't change, it was just a soft, light brown.
Next to her was a large-bellied man with golden hair...
"Andromeda, Ted, I'm so glad you came."
Mr. Weasley hurried over to them and gave them a hug.
"Long time no see, Arthur." Tonks' mother, Andromeda Tonks, said softly, "How's Molly doing?"
"She's well, she's preparing some snacks for later." Mr. Weasley said,
"Allow me to introduce you." He pointed to Fred, "This is my son Fred... um, or maybe George, they're twins, you know."
Ignoring Fred's annoyed look, Mr. Weasley pointed again to Kael, "He's the child of Chris and Diana, Kael.
"Oh, Kael, these are Tonks' parents."
"Hello." Kael stepped forward to shake hands with them.
"I've heard about you." Mrs. Tonks exclaimed, "The youngest recipient of the Second Class Merlin Knight Order Medal, Champion of the Triwizard Tournament, you've really put the British Ministry of Magic on the international map."
"You're too kind." Kael said modestly.
However, he noticed it was always Mrs. Tonks speaking, while Mr. Ted Tonks seemed to have an unpleasant look, only managing a forced smile when Kael glanced over.
But it was understandable; considering Lupin's looks, age, and finances, he didn't seem like the ideal son-in-law, especially since he's a werewolf.
It was normal for Mr. Tonks to be displeased. If he'd come here in high spirits, that'd be the real issue... even if he didn't come to the wedding, Kael would understand.
But they came anyway, and Mrs. Tonks must have played a crucial role, just as she did back then, choosing Mr. Ted Tonks despite everyone's objections, not even caring about being disowned by her family.
